    I'm just looking at myself with side eye. I don't eat Much and I've never been a foodie.

    The other day, I tried to skip, was just at 77 and my breast started paining me. It was very painful I had to stop. I actually wore a tight bra, I don't know why I experienced that pain at my side boobs. Since then, I've been so scared to skip again.

    1. Instead of skipping, hold your boobs and jump. Same with skipping but you are jumping.
      Then after 1 to any number your want, stop and move your hands like your are skipping then count 1 to any number you want.

    2. I think it is the tight bra. Next time try skipping with a sports bra (or a loose one if you don't have), if you feel any pain, see a doctor.

    very funny but majority of people will be like this after quarantine true true.a neighbour was complaining yesterday of how her clothes have become so tight and some don't zip.I told her to start jogging but she said no strength for that.

  9. Every evening i see people come out in my estate jogging, happy with thier life. I now told myself Chi you can't carry last in this estate o!. That was how i carried myself out yesterday. Feeling very fly jogging o! It now became competition o!. I thought it was to jog to estate gate and back home. All these women got to estate gate and said it's 5 times o!. I don't want to disgrace my future . Na so dem dey jog I dey do fast walk. Back back na him me I dey. Shame no allow me go house
    This is 11:15 and am still on my bed I can't stand up😭😭😭😭

    5. I do the walk at home program. Type in Leslie Sansone on you tube. You can do 1, 2 or 3 miles. It has been a blessing. Am using it to lose weight. You can also download it. Use a tummy sweat band to burn the stomach fat as you walk. I have 2 kids and am loosing my belly fat.Hope it helps..
