    Niger Delta is the headquarter of corrupt people in Nigeria.
    They ask multi national companies to pay them money to bring development o their own people.

    OK. I'm totally lost for words. Paying 300million yearly as rent. What does the ministry do in the first place?
    Supposed to develop Niger Delta and? Yet they aren't developed themselves.

    This NDDC should just be disbanded and reformed from the beginning.. We d Niger Delta pple do not see what good they bring to us. With that their Air conditioned overhead bridge at Aba road..
