Honestly, where the world is headed right now, sodom and Gomorrah was just child's play. People just want to be whatever they want and expects God to be okay with it. They want to play God for God. All these are just signs of the end days. Everything is in the Bible. It's high time we work our righteousness with fear and trembling. There is no second chance after the trumpet gets blown. It is well.

DeleteYou are right. It takes someone who truly understands the Bible on a deeper level to realise we are truly in the endtimes. Christ said it himself. They think the end times is tomorrow or next year forgetting that it has been talked about even before our fore fathers were born. It is just like someone who laughs when you say Jesus is coming, Jesus is coming but sneer because he hasn't come for over a thousand years that has been proclaimed.

A friend in the States told me of two dudes that were arrested and charged for purchasing hand sanitizers in bulk and re-selling it at $70 dollars each. In order to avoid prosecution, they had to donate it to charity.

Religiousity is the greatest Problem of Nigerians. Every year Lassa fever kills hundreds of our people , l guess God sent Lassa fever. Malaria kills millions of people in the Sahel and Nigerians spend over 750 billion naira on malaria drugs every day year because of end time right? Cholera kill our people every year because God want to punish humanity right? I pity most of you.

Are the Chinese the people of God? Most of them don't believe in the Christian God so I don't see why God will send Corona virus on them when they will most likely not repent and come back to him. The Chinese have nothing to do with God so if truly God sent Corona virus upon them then he's just expecting too much and wasting his time
ReplyDeleteThank you. Some comments can be so disappointing when people talk about God. The Spanish flu and other epidemics like the plague were not cured by praying but hard science. The Bible says we were born sinners so at this point, you can never win.
DeleteNigerians have been praying for decades but when the rich and powerful politicians fall ill, they run to countries were the doctors and politicians don't pray. This prayer thing is the biggest scam. God is not going to save you in this situation or with any other illness. Build your health systems and equip hospitals. Let us stop wasting time on things that have shown no results. Even the churches and mosques are closing their doors now after claiming to have a cure for toothache.

Here☝ Christ was talking about the signs of the end time. Nobody is claiming to know the exact date or time when the world will end even Jesus himself says he doesn't know. But he told you to be vigilant and read between the lines.
And simply because the Spanish flu or whatever happened and the world didn't end doesn't mean anything. It simply means God was patient enough to show us his grace one again hoping we would all turn to him. He keeps giving us second chances but we keep seeing the fact that nothing happened as more reason to continue in sin.
Do you know since when this word has been going around "Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" John preached about that and in the Bible Christ talked about it. Even before you were born, So because nothing has happened means the signs aren't there?

DeleteIf 1000 days is like a day in God's eyes that should tell you that the Spanish flu, Ebola and this corona virus including all tribulations in the past 1000 years all are signs of the endtime for in Gods eye there was no then and now. There was no past and the future for we are still in the present and everything is happening in just one day in his eyes within a few seconds not some years as we humans are seeing it.
To God all the tribulations have no interval between them. So yes we are in the end time be it in 500 years later we are still in the end times because we are still in one day in God's eyes. His end time 50 years ago is still the same now and tomorrow after all everything is within one day timeframe.
these are things that will take place before the end. They are a reminder that some day the earth will be no more and a reminder to be at alert

I was only addressing the fact that she said we aren't in the end times simply because according to her so many thing happened in the past and the world never ended. I was only trying to make her see that Doesn't change the fact that we are in the end time based on what was written in the scriptures that we would see the signs which I quoted in my first comment to her. So that was just what I was trying to tell her. The world didn't end then doesn't change a thing. All those tribulations in the past up to the one's we are experiencing now are all signs. Simple.
