Wednesday Spontaneous Post

#itiswhatitiis #washyourhands #sunnyverycoldday #wednesdaywomancrushwednesdy

Good Morning!

How una dey?Are you staying indoors or yet to Obey the Order to stay indoors?

I know how difficult this must be for some who have no food or anything to keep them busy at home....some  people live in empty rooms without furniture or any kind of luxury whatsoever......I wonder how they will survive the stay at home order and not go into depression......

We are screaming for people to wash hands but some people do not have even water to drink, talk less of washing hands!

The basic everyday amenities to go through life easily is not available in Nigeria......

Horrible times ahead for some! #endofrant

Try your best to have a Beautiful day...
E go be.............✌

  2. Rhapsody Today!!

    Discipline Yourself To Pray!!
    Zechariah 4:6.

    Excerpts!!

"If you're going to be successful in anything, you must learn to take charge from the realm of the spirit, and the primary way to do that is through prayer. When you learn to bow your knees and discipline yourself to pray, there'll be nothing you can't change or achieve"

"Some Christians think life is a joke; they pray three minutes and they're done. Even while they're praying, they're distracted by everything else; then at the end of the day, they wonder why certain things happened that has made them victims in life"

"Your nightmares will be over once you discover the efficacy of prayer. When you take charge and change things in the realm of the spirit, they'll manifest in the earth - realm"

    Today's Confession!!

Precious Father, I thank you for the opportunity to receive the ministration of your Spirit through prayer. As I give attention to commune with you, my eyes are open to spiritual realities, and your thoughts are unveiled to my spirit, causing me to walk in dominion, victory and ever-increasing glory, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

  3. Lighter load

You have good reason to be angry about many things. Yet you gain no real benefits from prolonging that anger.

It’s understandable that you would feel resentment for the way certain situations unfold. But what good outcome has resentment created, ever, for anyone?

Life delivers ample challenges on a regular basis. There’s no reason to magnify those challenges by holding on to a negative emotion.

For every tinge of anger, or envy, resentment, annoyance, or frustration you feel, you have a choice. You can choose to let it grind you down, or you can choose to let it go.

Give yourself the gift of a lighter load. Enable yourself to direct all your energy toward what’s most meaningful and beneficial.

Step briskly away from negative emotions. You’ll be doing what’s best for you, and for everyone.

  4. I moved out from the hostel leaving my ex roommate behind last year. She was not a very nice person and I had had enough but I'm the quiet sort of person who doesn't like confrontations so I quietly moved out. She had a boyfriend who also had a roommate and she used to frequently go over to them and spend time with them but both of them have graduated now (we are in our final year) . I had a dream recently in which I saw her gossiping/lying about me to the boyfriend and his friend whenever they would spend time together. In the dream, she had lied about me to the boyfriend's friend and that one was giving me attitude and when I probed further, the boyfriend's friend told me what my ex roommate had said about me and even showed me proof. All these happened in the dream. I didnt use to talk to her boyfriend or his friend when they were still students and I certainly don't now so the dream came as a surprise to me and I didn't know how to react especially knowing that I no longer had any contact with the former roommate. Few days after the dream I was asleep and when I woke up, I saw that she had called me and I immediately remembered the dream and was taken aback. I wondered why she was calling and I didn't return the call. Yesterday she called me and I didn't pick because again, the dream. She texted and said she was just checking up on me and wanted to see how I was doing. Am I being paranoid? Am I overreacting? Is it wrong of me to not want to have any business at all with her?

    2. I think you're being paranoid. Give her the benefit of the doubt. Observe her closely and relate with her as you used to
Ghosting should be based on proof and not a mere dream

      Delete
    3. I initially thought I wrote this. I had a similar experience as yours. I'll advise you pick or return the call. Keep it short and formal. You don't need to have any business with her.

      Delete
    4. Please follow your instincts and ghost her. You may text her back to say you are fine and thank her for checking on you but ghost her. From experience, users like her never want to let go of their cash cow.

    5. Thanks a lot for all your advice.
Shooter, I don't want to be paranoid but we haven't spoken since last year so it was kinda weird that she has called me twice after that dream,so I don't know if/what I'm missing.

  6. I had a scary dream early dis morning. In the dream, i saw my ex bf who died October last year. He was the only guy i dated back then in sch when I was in 100L. The relationship lasted for only few months. I left bcos he was asking for sex which i wasn't ready for bcos wanted to focus on my studies. He was cute and intelligent, he was the president of my dept and a lot of girls were always after him that was also another reason I left. Though while dating, we only kissed and made out twice and I was scared of having sex with him cos I was afraid of pregnancy and wasn't comfortable with the kissing and smooching. I believed he wanted to use me and dump me so I had to leave him real fast and I didn't date any other guy till I graduated in 2015. So I heard the news that he died last year. I still find it hard to believe. Everyone is talking about his death, crying and posting his pics (he was very popular) and to me, it's just like nothing happened. I didn't even cry nor feel sad at all. I feel he is still alive and I don't know why I feel that way. So last night, I saw him in my dream and in the dream, we were kissing in his house. Then we went to my old primary school and we were still kissing and smooching and i was enjoying it. The smooching was so strong that I almost had an orgasm but i stopped immediately and pushed him. After that, he took me to a nice resort where they sell variety of food, fried Fish, pepper soup and barbecue. He ordered for fried rice and chicken. They brought the food which was steaming hot and the aroma was nice. He was eating and asked me to join him but I refused and told him I was fasting. (Really I am fasting in real life. As I'm typing this right now, I am observing a seven days fast and this is just the third day) The food was so enticing and I couldn't resist the aroma. And fried rice is my favourite food. So I took a spoon and started eating. That was when I woke up. Though I have prayed but I am kinda scared! I have never seen him in my dream before and to think I'm even fasting. What kind of temptation is this

This Ali is I too know abeg. We know his type. After using different women to get to his position, how can he not say yen yen yen things now."

How many men have you used in your life? Can you count the number of men you have used this week? Can you survive without using men? What is this constant broke-girl diatribe of using women to get to positions when the default setting of an average woman is how to use a man? How many women are where they are without the help of men? On the average, whenever a man comes close to a woman, the first idea that comes into her head is how to use him. Yet, we don't come here to wail about your largely parasitic tendencies. You find pleasure in running men down.

A man came with genuine admonition, imploring you not to listen to any crook in cassock that says prayer can protect you against the raging virus, and all most of you could do was blast him! If them born any of your pastors well, make them go near any coronavirus carrier. Tell them to pray for Abba Kyari. I believe he will be willing to offer a billion dollars for that. Wouldn't that be great? Summon all your great men of God and dispatch them to Yaba Mainland Hospital. We really need them at this point in time.

No single pastor anywhere in the world has summoned the cojones to go close to any coronavirus carrier! No not one. We have more than 400 thousand cases worldwide begging for a miracle. Where are the miracle merchants? Biko where are all the men I see on TV parading people they healed? If you have any iota of sense, you will understand ALL the supposed miracles you see on TV are fake. Dwell in your ignorance if you want to. It's your choice.

    1. Hello Mendon
      1) Don’t panic
      2) self isolate for a period of time, say 2 weeks so you can observe yourself. These symptoms may be nothing, but since you came in contact with an infected person, you have a higher probability of being infected.
      3) see if you can call NCDC to get you tested, but pls stay at home and away from your loved ones
      4) try non-harmful solutions that have been making the rounds e.g drinking warm water every 15 mins, drinking hot water, breathing in steam, etc
      5) take drugs that will help you manage the symptoms - painkillers, flu drugs
      6) if it’s is confirmed that you have the virus or if the symptoms become clearer, I suggest you call a hospital and get further instructions from them. You may even take the infamous chloroquine, because there may be a delay in directing you to a hospital well equipped to handle your case.
      7) rest well, but pls don’t always lie down, esp if lying down relieves pain in your lungs, don’t lie down.

In all, I just pray that you don’t have this virus, God help you and yours, amen.

    2. Please get tested ASAP and isolate yourself before and after... Wishing you speedy recovery.

  11. BETTER THAN AN OCEAN VIEW.

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside still waters. He restoreth my soul…” Psalm 23:1-3a

Sometimes I feel like the only way I can truly rest is if things were quiet around me and if I was somewhere on a beach. If I was standing near an ocean on a tropical island surely my soul would be nourished and I would have the strength to go on. While it is a known fact that getting away to a beautiful place helps us relieve stress and feel a sense of peace within ourselves, the truth is, God’s presence is better than an ocean-view any day.

Let’s renew our minds to the truth that the same God who created the beautiful and spectacular destinations on earth is the same God that lives on the inside of us. When we draw near to Him, He expects us to draw from Him. We don’t have to leave His presence uneasy and not comforted. No matter our current surroundings, we can draw near and draw from His life source within us. He will calm our fears and restore the vitality of our minds, will and emotions. He will put our minds at ease and lead us beside still waters. He wants to fill us with peace and quiet us with His love, giving us assurance that He is in control and it is safe to trust Him.

Challenge: Approach God’s presence as though you are standing next to a vast ocean, expecting His presence to do for you more than an ocean would. Draw by faith from the deep well within peace, joy, and wisdom. Experience your Savior and very Present Help in a way that you never have before. He is better than an ocean-view.

I was with some folks yesterday when talk of the virus came up. All I was hearing was "it can not come here in Jesus name". That we are the children of God, that God will take care of his own. I tried to let them know that those that died because of the virus were equally children of God. They could not have it. That oyibo own different that we are blacks so the virus can not come here. I tried letting them know cities that host the two religions have closed shop to stop spread, they said it's in oyibo land. That why will they stop going to church when their faith is high?

So I had a good laugh on yesterday's "LOL" post. So because I said I cant eat food in a prepared in a dirty environment, some faceless anon tagged me "fake"😄😄.
Being poor is not an excuse to be dirty. I know people of little means with clean kitchen and kitchen utensils , you can eat their food without thinking twice and I've seen people who have sophisticated kitchen but the kitchen is always in a mess. Having a clean environment doesn't have to do with a person's financial status.

For the anon that asked if I don't patronize bukas..
From your question, are you implying that all bukas are dirty?
Well I patronize bukas once in a while and I know VERY NEAT BUKAS, both in and out....not all bukas are dirty

For the anon that said I'm fake because i commented on one BEP post that I'll build a house for my mum with $5000,😄😄, you no dey forget ...lol, I laughed so hard reading your comment,
Well concerning that BEP , I opened the post in a hurry and I was distracted by my kids so I didn't check well, it was later I realized that I had made a wrong calculation.how can I possibly build "4" houses with 2million 😄. , it was an honest mistake. Dont crucify me , hope u're fine now.

  43. So about the Chronicle update yesterday, ENOUGH of this I still try to understand how an adult woman allows her friends get close to her man how does it happen I really need to know it's not like you're in secondary school and you need someone to escort you cos you're scared. I don't quite get it. Have your girls night out or WHATEVER outings with your girls and hang with your boo with his own circle I can't even imagine my friends having my husband's number and I can let him give any kind of assistance be it job OR money you think you're being kind but you're only digging your own grave THEY start to wish they were in your shoes be wise

God is still God and has ways of making men understand that HE is still in charge. Money dosen't answer to everything. COVID-19 has proven this
