Its another Sunday,the day i am most active in the comment section of Spontaneous post...
Please people,if you have kids who are yet to become teens,prepare yourself ahead...Nobody told me but i am telling you guys now that it is not an easy phase for parents.
It is also not the same for all but puberty changes a child and makes some become very stubborn.......
They become rebellious.
Please do not lay a finger on your child if you are at this phase with them,it will pass but one needs the kind pf patience that only comes from God...
On Saturday afternoon,I had verbal stress with one of my Bambino and he said to me as he always does when he sees I am pissed off ''Mama,I am going through puberty,please leave me alone''.....My mouth fell down!

My neighbors teenage only son is already fighting and abusing the mum and his younger sisters. It keeps getting out of hand everyday. People blame the mum for over pampering the boy when he was much younger. I once told her that it's just a phase which will pass depending on how she handles the situation, but she wouldn't accept it.

Awww...thanks SDK for responding. Opening a school for them won't still stop them except for a few that understands. That stage throws some parents into a panic: some fathers think severe discipline(flogging) will solve it thereby being overly strict with their teenage children which in turn will leave it's negative effects on them.

Those balls of yours or that penis you have suffocated from morning till God knows when, who held it out when you were peeing? For the fact that you even entered the toilet, that's enough reason to wash your hands. Women please inculcate in your kids handwashing from a tender age. I remember my mom always saying go and wash your hands. You are back from school, or from playing outside. Once you leave the house and re enter you are so washing your hands. DeleteYou need to watch your diet and your body. Know those things that trigger it and avoid them completely(at least at this chronic stage), don't over feed, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits like banana, watermelon, apple, paw paw and plenty vegetables. But avoid the acidic ones like pineapples, cucumber, any citrus fruits and others. Avoid any carbonated soft drink, alcohol and packet juices, you can make your own Juice at home, it's more healthy.
You can also add unripe plantain to your meal plan, it's a fast relief.
Their other local ways to use unripe paw paw, unripe plantain and honey but since you already have an appointment with a doctor, get a medical advice first. Stay safe.

ReplyDeleteMy boss at work is not doing well for me. I was newly employeed to this work all thanks to him and his wife. Now everything I want to do the wife want me to take permission from her husband and also inform her 😂😂😂😂😂.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a problem to take permission from my boss because that is what is required of me. But also telling her of my every moves is unacceptable with me. She dies not tell me her plans and moves so why will I have to report myself all the times to her? don't tell me your plans and free me from doing what I want to do as long as it does not affect my job.
She and her husband want to control my personal life. I am greatful that they both helped me but I think the husband and her are using me for their own advantage. I took permission from my boss to visit the hospital because I was having issues with my health, unfortunately I met her at the hospital for anti natal check up. She was like babe you don't tell me you are coming to the hospital. Not like we leave in the same compound or house, not like I saw her the previous day. I took permission from her husband at work and went to the hospital. Imagine that kind of statement you are coming to the hospital you didn't tell me🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
I traveled for weekend last week and this lady called me on Sunday with her husband's phone to tell me that so you traveled and you didn't inform me🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I am 33 years old, even older than her but condition has made her my boss wife which I am not angry at that but she should understand I am her friend when we were growing up. She helped me to get this job doesn't mean I should always tell her my plans all the times. Is the permission from her husband not enough for me to do my things without telling her or she want to monitor my life😁😁😁😁😁

ReplyDeleteMy direct boss is not treating me nicely at all, to think he has been pretending to like me more than other staff is all a show up when I am around. I don't mean relationship or sleeping with him kind of likeness.
ReplyDeleteI have been confirmed few months back which I spoke to him that I want to apply for my master degree or run a PGD program on another field. This man said nope that I should hold on, what am I holding on for when I don't have time to waste and I need to get what I can get to earn better pay.
Now I came up to him to gist him that I want to run CIPM programs to see if that can assist my life while I wait till next year before I go for my master.this man still said no that I should hold in till next year, why will I waste this year without adding any value to my life? I am not happy with his decision without any concrete reason to why I have to wait till next year.
Now I want to keep things I am going to do in future to myself without discussing with him to see if I can get what I want. I have ask for leave the man is saying I cannot take leave till I complete one year in the company, when I can access leave since I have been confirmed. will be a year old by June this year .
Should I go ahead and apply for the CIPM program without waiting till 2021 or I should hold on. Someone should assist me and what I should do because I am not ready to waste this year without adding one certificate to my life.
You are career driven and should follow your heart. I like your spirit already and commend you for this.

I got my job without the consent of my former, i lied about my exam day told him I had a mini project in school, on my interview day I told him I had the regular asthma attack and I am going for treatment na so I take get my job O, he was shocked when I told him I am resigning. I was told to buy vaccine for my baby, but I've been asking my care giver what i can also use and she told me nothing, like i won't take anything. I read up on hpb and I've not being myself since then. Please is there anything i can take to at least reduce it since it doesn't have a permanent cure. I am so scared. Please, help me.

My people, let's stop stigmatization on mental health patient so they can seek help. Also, are there no psychology or psychiatric doctors? Can't you open your private practice? Psychologist can come together and open a private practice in Nigeria, I am sure you will make money and relieve burden from spiritual homes, general practitioners, Alfas and c while contributing positively to the community.
All my life, its been just one person that admitted to me he has mental health issues. In the eyes of the society, he is doing so well but within him, he knows he is not okay. I was always a shoulder for him to lean on but I am no therapist. He was prescribed drugs for it.
I pray for healing to every hurting soul.
