Na sleep get me today....
Morning all, I was the lady that wrote three days ago that I had to self quarantine after my office called me regarding my client. I started showing signs yesterday morning and i can sincerely tell you this pain no be here. The only way I can describe this is when you are suffering from malaria. The pain is similar, the symptoms is similar to malaria. I have been told I can take a walk around my vicinity in the evening but I will forever feel guilty if anybody should contract this through me. I don't even have the strength to move around in my flat. I've been in the bedroom only going to the kitchen to get paracetamol and hot drink. I don't have any appetite. If you itch when suffering from malaria, you will have the signs of itching before you start medication, I'm allergic to all kinds of malaria treatment but right now I'm itching periodically but I take anti allergy meds which I'm using for that.

Oh dear! Please stay positive. There are videos out there from others going through it on the need to keep moving about even when the pain is crazy. One dude in Yankee said you feel better when you lie down but that's dangerous because that's when it's destroying your lungs. Alhough the pain made him cry like a baby, the nurses kept him moving for 20 minutes each day to get his system to kick in and fight the virus. Please try to walk around and avoid lying down for long. Once you start feeling good while lying down, try to resist and walk around because when it feels good, the virus is doing more damage. He said he had to crawl at a point and didn't believe he would survive the pain but he did.

ReplyDeleteWe showered,dressed up and gathered in the living room for a 1hr 30mins inhouse service,DH was officiating Minister jare.
He has explained the reason everyone has to stick to rules,why the dogs were taken away,why the mini bouncing arena got deflated et al,some munchkins moved from frowning to smiling in the end. Now no more arguments after my Dad expatiated lots of facts last night for us,there is a clip he sent we screen mirror to watch later for further clarification,this CORONA VIRUS is real. We have to stay safe.
Watching an online service and munching this and that with hot ginger tea and plenty honey.
