ReplyDeleteI don't doubt the cure since I dabble most into phytomedicine. I believe its a good development and we need to try it out. But first, it needs to pass through toxicity test, before the main experiment using a good model. Then human trial can follow. If effective, then we can make it into drugs and voila, we have a cure...I guess this will take a minimum of 2 months to do.
ReplyDeleteThe reason for the toxicity test is to determine the dose to be administered. You just can't take agbo and drink and say yeah, its potent. It might work, it might cure, but what about other long effect of it like kidney or liver damage?. Thats why most people don't subscribe to this concontion (agbo) cos of the long after effect of it.
