The Nigeria Center for Disease and Control (NCDC) has announced the first coronavirus death in the country.

I dont want to believe that Nigeria has only 36 confirmed cases, there must be more, some people are walking around without symptoms!!

    1. See this one. Even asymptomatic people are contagious. Better get tested if you know you have been in high risk gatherings or areas

  4. Whether you believe or not is not of utmost importance right now. You think all the ones the countries are reporting are all correct. Biko let them be. It’s like America is saying Africa should brace up for a huge impact because they do not have adequate healthcare meanwhile they are overwhelmed with so much cases and deaths in their own countries.

Our problem is all these waka dugbes that refuses to stay in one place.
They are the ones causes so much chaos round the world.

Also it’s possible the family wanted to bring him home so that he would not die in the UK. Cancer and diabetes are not easy to deal with and adding this Chinese virus again.

    1. Are you going in a public transport? If yes, dont. Nigeria still do not understand the concept of social distancing so walking around onitsha market is just putting yourself at risk. Dont try it please.

  8. There are more cases of people infected. The Nigerian govt is trying not to create panic and that's why they dont want to divulge the true numbers of infected people. Isnt it better to create panic so that Nigerians will know what they are dealing with and take it serious? Pls if you can, take care of your immune system. Take your vitamins and self isolate, drink more fluid too. It is very very important!
