Hahaha tailors joke.
ReplyDeleteAnkara is a material not a person so cant "sew" this.
Oversabi
DeleteThe question is valid
It’s just the “sow” that’s incorrect 😒
@Oru = Geez, take a chill pill. It ain't that serious. It can be interpreted both ways. Matter of fact, only the tailor can really explain the intended 'joke'.
DeleteAll these celebrities are trying with their expensive clothes that they can hardly wear again
ReplyDeleteI don't envy them at all.
Lol it’s an illusion dress ... Nd d fabric too ... Ankara can’t do illusion dress na. That’s how dey will put tailor in trouble ‘ wat I ordered vs what I got’
DeleteBianca, they can repeat outfits if they are smart.
DeleteWhat to do is just for them to re accessorize the outfits, like doing add ons or take out, just sha touch it up, one kind one kind.
It is easier to pass through the eye of a needle than find a good tailor over here. There is usually one k leg or the other. Even with exact materials you would see stars. The fashion designers celebs use don't come cheap you know...... Oin 😋
DeleteNo be only sow, you no like reap?😂😂😂😂
ReplyDeleteAnkara can plant it o
DeleteNot just sow it 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
DeleteThey can actually use ankara to create something like this but won't be as cute as this though...
ReplyDeleteHahahaha. Seems you don't get the joke.
DeleteYou can sew clothes not 'sow' but in this chat I think the reply was that the tailor cannot 'sow' Adesuwa. That's why she replied "No"
Oh... I got the joke😀😀😀😀😀
DeleteLols🤣🤣🤣
ReplyDeleteThey have started 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
ReplyDeleteAt least she was honest..
ReplyDeletelol sumone actually asked my tailor last week if she could make this for her for 4k with fabric o I laughed and laughed
ReplyDeleteWhat is funny about that? Worst the tailor can say is No.
Deletetailor is not creative. ankara can sew anything
ReplyDeleteAnkara is very good material
DeleteYou are the same ones that would blast him/her on what I ordered be what I got format. Even lace will struggle, talk less of Ankara. If we ask the customer now, he has 5k to finance the innovation.
DeleteMind you, Adesua is too perfect for Ankara to "sow". You'll need the creator for that.
The result would be what I ordered vs what I got😁.
ReplyDeleteI would have said dry
ReplyDeleteBut since I don't get the joke, can someone explain?
Mad oh 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
ReplyDelete"Sow" means "to plant"
ReplyDelete"sew" means to make/joint or stitch together.
They are homophones, pronounced same way, spelt differently and have different meanings.
In the above context, the right verb ought to be "sew"
ose mr lecturer.....lol
Deletelol
ReplyDeleteThis cloth can be made with Ankara if you are good and have that type of body/shape. N3,500 - N4,000 is enough
