Governors Snawo Olu of Lagos and Akeredolu of Ondo state have closed down Market in their states..
Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has ordered the closure of all markets effective from March 26th....
Those not affected are shops selling essential commodities such as medical equipment, water, foodstuff.The Ondo State Government ordered that markets within the state should be immediately shut down.
The directive was given on Tuesday in a statement issued by Ondo state’s Commissioner for Information, Donald Ojogo.
Both moves are part of measures to to contain the spread of the deadly virus in the country.
