The world is breeding a special species of animals. People that are totally bereft of empathy. If you supported or laughed at that video where a woman was spilling a man's blood purportedly for cheating, you are worse than a beast. You're the devil himself. You're even filthier than all the male animals that were cheering her in the video. You all deserve to be in the bush eating grass. The sight of that man's blood should send chills through anybody that claims to be a human being. I can imagine what that guy has been through in the hands of that witch. Why wouldn't any man with such a woman run into the hands of another woman? There are so many women like her around us too. All the women hailing her here are probably just like her. Husband molesters. Champions of physical and emotional abuse. And they are always the first people to call you "chauvinist". There's this endemic hatred for men persistently manifesting here. Yet, most of you have prayer points mainly concentrated on "Lord give me my own man". Una go wait taya with this mindset. Funny thing is most of you survive on meal tickets from men! Ironic.

Early one morning I decided to make a quick run to the grocery store. I ran inside and picked up one of the baskets near the front entrance and began to shop. As I placed different items into the basket, I began to notice it getting heavier. I then picked up a large gallon of milk and glanced at the basket, wondering, “How am I going to carry this heavy load?” Just as I was about to figure out a way, a gentleman stopped me. He said, “You know ma’am, you don’t have to carry that basket like that.” I didn’t understand what he was saying until he walked over, pulled a lever from the side of my basket and suddenly transformed it into something that rolled on the floor! I laughed and thanked him for showing me a better way.
So many of us are walking through life carrying heavy loads God never intended for us to take on. Just when we figure out how to carry one burden, we add another one on top of it. We think to ourselves, “Lord, how am I going to bear all of these heavy loads?” Whatever it may be, God will do for you, through Christ, the same thing that nice gentleman did for me in that grocery store—He will show you a better way. Let Him lift every burden that is weighing you down and give you His wisdom and instructions that are light. Allow Jesus the opportunity to step in, transform your life and show you a better way to live!

What will l do with my children?? My Daughter is not happy either. She loves going to School. Nobody even knows if they will make up for this six weeks during the summer break.

Last year around September I started saving in my kolo and I add any spare change on me anytime so I really don’t have record of the exact amount.
Now about two weeks ago, I was cleaning my room and I took the box out so I can clean under the bed and decided to peep inside. I saw lower denominations from the peep hole and I continued shaking it that at least a higher denomination will show. When I didn’t see any, I became scared and I decided to break it. My people I saw #125 in my kolo that I have been saving for more than 6 months towards my graduation coming up later this month.
Now the problem is I stay with my mum and an uncle (he just came around December from the village) and I really don’t know what to do. I asked my mum and she said she doesn’t know anything about it and truth be told, she doesn’t even enter my room. Now I don’t know if I should ask my uncle (he’s my dads elder brother; about 65 years of age), without it being rude or I should just forget about the money which is really hard to do considering that’s all the money I have for my clearance and graduation coming up in two weeks time

I had planned to make spaghetti with smoked fish yesterday for dinner on my way back from an interview I attended.
So heading for the interview, I saw this woman selling this succulent enticing smoked fish.. i couldn't resist looking at the fish , the seller noticed and she asked if I want to buy. I said yes..I asked if she has a thick nylon to wrap the fish so it wont smell and she said yes, suddenly my sense came back and a small voice said in head, Are you seriously putting this fish in your bag"...i begged the woman not to bother that I forgot I wanted to use the Atm as I dont have enough cash with me.
That was how I would have entered the interview room smelling of Fish .😄😄
Anyways, I did well and I'm waiting for a positive message.

ReplyDeleteMy house fellowship host has a neighbor whose office is close to mine. He spoke to the neighbor Tee and he agreed that I can be riding with him to work. That was a relief for me , stress and t-fare saved. So I join him at a road junction close to my house every work day. This went on for while and we became friends but nothing intimate. Last month while going to work with him as usual, I noticed he had a guest in his car that stopped on the way. Tee is a married man but I am single. Bvs, i got a a strange call last week from a lady accusing me of sleeping with her husband. She used derogatory words and asked if i knew one Alagba. I told her its a wrong number cos i dont know any alagba. She started shouting on the phone o that how can i say i dont know Alagba Tunde. At the mention of Tunde, I said I know him but i dont know his surname and i am not sleeping with him. So i ended the call. This woman sent me treat message of what will happen to me if i dont leave her husband alone. My people I am not dating this man and dont we don't discuss personal or family issues. Its strictly political or business issues we discuss on our way to work. He has never shown any interest in me and neither do i have any feeling for him. He is just my helper o. I was so disturbed about this message from the wife because it was sent with an international number, Canada exactly. I discussed with my house fellowship host and he told me Tee's wife and kids are in Canada that he travels regularly to see him. I told him not to tell Tee about it cos i dont want him to have issues with his wife but i will stop riding with him cos I dont want any harm to come near me. So this week I didnt ride with him but he has been asking me if all is well with me and wants to know why I am not riding with him. How do i go about this pls?.

Just assure him that its okay to go to work on your own, that you hold no offense at all.
