Kwara State Civil Servant Arrested For Employment Scam

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ilorin Zonal Office has arrested Mrs. Olajumoke Rhoda Oyawoye a Senior Official of the Kwara State Ministry of Finance for allegedly defrauding job seekers under the guise of helping them to secure employment in the Civil Service both at the Federal and State levels. .

Oyawoye, a level 14 Officer with the Kwara State Ministry of Finance allegedly received various sums amounting to about N3million from her victims and went ahead to offer them fake appointment letters.

Her journey to infamy began when the Commission received two separate petitions alleging her involvement in employment scam.

    1. This woman must be more than 53yrs. Even if she is 10yrs, A woman being a Scammer is so disheartning. huge filthy shame at such a high level, if convicted, her pension and gratuity is GONE after probably 30yrs in service .. what a disgrace

  13. Big shame also to those who pay to get jobs. That is why the public sector is filled with illiterates who add no value to the system. Ask them to submit their qualifications and you would be shocked at the high number of under performers and people with fake certificates whereas those who studied hard and graduated with good results are roaming on the streets looking for jobs.

    The irony is those who paid to get these jobs will go to church and give testimony of how they got that CBN job even though they don't have university degrees and claim "Na God".

    Remember when i was job hunting and someone was talking about me giving him half my salary for six months. Thank God who helped me get a good job without bribing or sleeping with anyone even though it took some time.

    Wicked souls. May they continue to be exposed.
