      My dear just reduce carbohydrate in your diet then increase protein and veggies intake. Cut down on fruits too and watch yourself reduce naturally. Also stop eating in between meals.

    I have so many things to talk about that makes me angry..
    Dont understand the unnecessary increase in tfare, I pay double for tfare now. This week has been so stressful for week, mentally and physically. From one interview to the other, yet no response, the little hustle I do here and there is for transporters. I feel like quitting my search for a job but hubby doesn't want me to do business.He prefers secular work. I'm losing hope already. Thinking of going for this interview next week...should I go or not,??well I never can tell. According to stella , E GO BEtter

    Today being my birthday, my BF decided to play a fast one on me saying "he's breaking up with me" yes! We had argument few days ago but I had already forgotten about it and moved on. The thought of turning 28 was really weighing on me and I wasn't even inthe mood for celebrations, then I got his WhatsApp message talking shit. You guys I actually cried in my office, then he came to my house this evening after work with a fucking birthday cake and shits saying he was joking. I didn't even answer him. It's my turn to joke. He will beg tire.

      I didn't once and it helped my sleep. I had lodged in an inn in Yenegoa and I didn't know how a rat made it's way into the room. And I no get strength to chase cos I was so exhausted from a journey that lasted 13 hours over.

      My hubby likes Tv to be on while sleeping but me sha will put it off once I feel he has slept. He says it helps him to sleep but I am the opposite, it disturbs my sleep. I like absolute silence and darkness. Put off all lights. Sometimes I put it off without care but other times I consider him.
