Shooting schedule for mainstream/studio American TV dramas is brutal (14 - 16hrs daily), so Mariska literally didn't have time to go out to meet anyone. Do you see a common thread? Now, why would God release His child to you in marriage if you're a useless steward of the talent, skills, abilities, education, etc He already allowed you have? People tell you that if you get a Masters degree, have a career, buy a car, live in a decent house you can afford or serve God as He has asked - wo/men will be intimidated and nobody will marry you. So, you put yourself at risk of marrying a child of the devil sent to wreck your testimony, cos you "don't want them to say s/he too do".
A person that is intimidated by what you're supposed to be doing with your life, isn't your divinely ordained spouse. Unfortunately, when you're suppressing all that God has made you to be for whatever reason, your divinely ordained spouse will not see you cos you're missing from your place of assignment.
One day Ruth, the Moabite foreigner, said to Naomi, "I'm going to work; I'm going out to glean among the sheaves, following after some harvester who will treat me kindly." Day of 7 (Becoming The One For The One - 2)
DeleteSome of you as you are, just cannot, shouldn't and must not marry. It's for the greater good that you're not yet married - you're actually God's Will for someone, but you're the one holding you back cos you currently behave like a wo/man without common sense.
For some - it's something simple. Ejoo mabinu, bathe. It is not a sin. And Jesus won't beat you if your hair is neat. Dress like a sane human being. Why do you feel the need to wear things that show everything even to your intestines? Hunkle, stop wearing the same boxers for two weeks without washing. Which spouse will want to kiss you when a) your breath stinks, b) your tongue has never seen a brush and is transfiguration white? You plan to be married when your three besties are divorced, one is a witch on the second marriage and behaves like a vagabond who can't sit still, and your pastor beats his wife - how? Learn to budget. Instead of trolling, invest data and time to develop yourself personally, spiritually, mentally and professionally/academically. Not cos you're trying to marry but cos why must you be stagnant? You're doing yourself, oh!
Saying a salvation prayer isn't an excuse to turn off your brain. Jesus will not do everything; He already died for you. There are medical miracles that defy logic but it's irresponsible to the point of being criminally stupid to let an unqualified person operate on anyone you care about "because God is truly the One that heals".
As favoured as Esther was, she learned the protocol of the palace, took only what Hegai suggested, and listened to Mordecai.
There are errors Ruth might have made, if not for Naomi - that would have made her to be tagged a prostitute, not wife. Or how Boaz would have behaved, that would have broken Naomi's trust and Ruth's heart.
Some of you are called to be prophetesses, pastors, etc or to support spouses who are. But gossip, immorality and greed won't let you be great. Must those who come to you for counselling hear their story from your pulpit? Even when God tells you something, you must not repeat it to everyone or at all - you're not an echo. Dem never even know you, you're charging people for prophecies. What will happen if you reach where God earmarked for you?
Jesus already paid for everything so you will not fast or just take time out to be with God unless you want something. Till you turn into a pastor's wife who lacks discernment, has BP issues or gets poisoned.
God's global brand in the making, you think the Holy Spirit is your accountant. You'll be speaking in shocked tongues as you go to jail for embezzlement or money laundering and tax evasion cos you're in the habit of signing things without reading or understanding.
Worshipper that receives downloads from Heaven, but you have refused to work on your friend list - till they set you up with drugs or nudes. If some of you catch a glimpse of the reality of your divinely ordained spouse, you'll pity yourself and work on the gaps now. Whose life do you want to go and ruin with your half-baked self?
Unfortunately for some, your time is near or you're overdue. While gaps disqualify some, others are just delayed and will be taken as they're found. Then, the spouse you KNOW God blessed you with, will be demeaned or dragged cos of you. Or you'll get there and do what God cannot overlook.

DeleteAnother reason you haven't become "the one who can be one with the one" is you may be in the wrong place due to testing your wrestling skills on God. When you're not Jacob.
Some of you have followed boyfriends and girlfriends to unis you shouldn't be in, to study courses that you shouldn't even be near. You don't know you're delaying yourself.
Some people are serving in the wrong unit in church. That you have a fantastic voice doesn't mean God wants you in the choir. That you're a fine boy/girl without pimples doesn't mean God sent you to usher. In your mind and to your pastor, you're serving God. That's if you're even in the right church, to begin with. Some of you are in churches God didn't plant you cos glitz, family tradition or your mindset won't let you be great. So, you don't know God who rejected Cain's sacrifice, specified a mountain in Moriah for Abraham to bring Isaac, and destroyed Levites who burned incense is not One you serve anyhow and anywhere you want.
For some, you heard the Spirit of God tell you to go to a particular church on a particular day and your answer was, "I have my own church. And this other one is where the neighbour I'm keeping malice with, goes." What you didn't know was that your divinely ordained spouse was the guest minister for that day. You're still single when you should have been married six months ago and now wondering if God lied.
Some, your destiny started to dabaru when you got a visa. And cos certain things happen in cycles, you're now wasting away in a place God never sent you, unaware the appointed time has passed. Not every visa, job, business opportunity, etc is from God. The devil's packaging has a way of looking better than God's own.
For some of you, it's because you have refused to leave the place God truly sent you to but has left - your blatant disobedience or lack of sensitivity is making you stay put where the cloud has lifted and moved from.
If for instance God has been preparing you all your life for a man who is meant to be a king of his place and there is a particular child you are supposed to have from that union to begin a new dynasty for God - but when the time is right, you refuse to return from where God hid you for a time to train you. You went to build a house where you were meant to just construct a tent cos you want to spend your marriage walking hand in hand on Oxford Street, speaking "you get me, innit?" The devil will 'got' you with all your beauty, education and speaking in tongues cos if all is well, such a man has no business actually living in the UK full-time. He CANNOT be the one to relocate, so you successfully remove yourself from the original plan of God for your life and change the story of your bloodline in a way you shouldn't - for what exactly?
Like some are in the wrong job. It's not that the job is a sin or a crime. In fact, God really put you there but it was meant to be for a time. Time to move, you say "No" but you demand God's blessings. You're not serious.
Some of you, your divinely ordained spouse attends a different church or is from another tribe or even nationality, but you want to die where you are cos what people will say is more important to you than what God thinks.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God (Romans 8:14 KJV).

I’m presently in a relationship tho we’ve done introduction last year but I’m dragging feet because I still feel perhaps he’s not the one for me, the relationship started last year after I ended my 21 days prayer and fasting in church program, his call came the next day after I thanked God and got a word from God Isaiah 44: 23-25 and I just assumed perhaps he’s the one and I gave consent to us dating in February without praying about it first (a bad mistake I made) tho I prayed but wasn’t full convinced. I have been concerned about his spiritual life since we started, we don’t pray together except I initiate it and he’s beginning to make me get spiritually cold and I don’t want that. December I reviewed the relationship and felt it’s time to be certain and also let go if he isn’t the one.
My dream last night, was in a wedding hall, I was already getting my makeup done for the wedding and decorations was going on at the wedding hall. In the dream I couldn’t find my groom, only for me to call him, the person I’m courting presently (not sure I called) but I saw the person I’m presently dating in the dream, not dressed as the groom, he wore a native attire when I asked why he’s not at the wedding he said wedding is in May (month of May) I sincerely don’t understand this. He’s not getting younger neither am I, I don’t want to waste his time. Is God saying he’s not the one. I need to sincerely know so I can let go.

Deletei'm married but i had a dream last night i was preparing for another kind of wedding with my husband (i can't tell exactly if it was an anniversary) but i remember laying down discussing about the ceremony with him when an elder of our church who is a member of marriage commitee saw us and i was a bit scared the ceremony will be cancelled because of that but my hubby assured me nothing will happen that he has paid my bride price already, if there are not willing, we go to another place for the ceremony.i begged my colleagues (not working with us now)to permit me go shop for ashobi they all gave excuse and i was telling my husband if not he has over use his wedding suit, he would have worn it while i wear my own gown and our children will be page boy and little bride respectively my sister will still be maid of honor.then i woke up.

@The Real OA, thank you for your prayers. I don't always remember my dreams and this time I prayed to do so. I can remember parts of two dreams last night. (I always wake up and sleep again)
Delete1. I had a suitor or getting ready for marriage but I was scared that it won't work out and started looking for reasons why it won't work. I remember being counselled to think about why I was scared or worried. In reality,I'm always worried and scared that a relationship will not work out and then it crashes.
2. I went to visit my close female friend, she left me at home and I saw an old uni mate whom I haven't seen since 2004 but I have spoken with him in recent times as he wanted to introduce his elder brother to me for marriage. In the dream he wanted to have sex with me but it didn't happen as my friend came back home.
I prayed when I woke up however, I hope you could give me some advice.
Also, do you think God puts a desire in our hearts for something? In the last year, I have had this honest desire for marriage. I was speaking with a friend and she said it's the prompting of the Holy Spirit.

My own is that I am pregnant already but the man does not want me or the baby anymore after promising to marry me if I get pregnant,I didnt get pregnant because i want to be a single mother or babymama but because i thought he will keep to his words. So after my prayers last night,I had a dream about asking some kids for fruits and they gave me cashew fruits that have some bad sides to them,i asked them for knife to cut off the bad sides so that i can eat them only for a goat to come out from nowhere and finished the cashew fruits,please I really need help on my predicaments,i am really in a deep mess .I will be refreshing this the whole day to see if you have answered me,thanks. ReplyDeleteSorry about that..The phone doesn't have much internal memory and when you install your apps(and move to SD card) it still takes a few space in your phone Memory(All phone does) which it uses to run the app on your device..
DeleteYou have to first change the default storage from phone to SD card..
Go to "Settings" then locate "Storage and USB",open and scroll to "Default Write Disk" and Click on "Internal Storage",this is your SD card...
This helps all your apps to be installed in your Memory card..
Try this,and avoid installing excess apps which you don't use frequently,else it would take up all the space in your phone Memory and same thing will happen again..
