The Father is going to bless you with wisdom and insight in your dreams, and you will know the dreams are from the Lord. Last year may have been full of sorrow, but this year will be filled with laughter, my sister.     My God I couldn't believe it
    Yoriyori if you try my fried rice you will forget coconut rice.
    Their is a secret bigbanty formula I always add to it and I'm not ready to tell anyone 😀😀
    One of my plans this year is learning more in a catering school cos at this rate I'm going with my cooking skill,I might end up opening a restaurant 😀😀😀😀😀.

    I am tired. My bf is a drunk. He likes drinking like a fish.. He can drink from morning till evening non stop so far it's alcohol and he smokes too. I have tried advising him several tines but he wouldn't listen. I am just worried about his health. But aside that, he is a nice guy. Pls what do I do to make him stop this bad habit of drinking and smoking?

      My dear sister see eh, there's nothing you can do about it oh, if you like nag, cry, Threaten him. The decision to change/stop any of the vices lays with him.
      If he truly wants to quit, he will, though it won't be so automatic.
      Baby steps all the way.
      But don't marry him thinking that he change, the change lays in him.

      Meanwhile, my husband used to be a heavy drinker, ooooh weekend used to something else and he smokes too.
      He just decided one day, without even telling me that he has had enough drink, and smoke. It took me about 1 month before I finally believed that he has quit for real, it been 3 years now, apart from the occasional drinks during the festive season, he's good. We do go clubbing sometimes where we share a bottle of wine or beer, so far so good.
      That's why I said that such is usually a personal decision or maybe a health challenge.
      May God be with us.

      Even when it snows and the snow starts melting, I have my bath every day.
      I am not going to bathe outside. Inside is always warm.

      I go to the pool thrice a week even in this cold winter and after my practice, I go for a shower before leaving.

      Anon I have flat feet and I don't feel any pains ooh. I wear any shoes I love and rock very high heels up to 7inches. They say people with flat feet can't stand for too long my dear Na lie. The nature of my work makes me stand more than 14hours a day and still yet I dey kampeee.

      Anon 08:06, this comment of yours made me to remember when i was young, one of my mum's friend used to tell my mum not to allow any of her sons to marry a lady with flat feet because they carry bad luck.
      Here in my neighborhood, there I one woman with flat feet, she and her husband are very rich, her kids are very beautiful. Whenever I see her, I remember my mum's friend.

      It depends on the magnitude of the flat. I have flat feet but she's fit very well. I had a dislocation and bone shifted putting a lot of stress on the muscle. Now I have a lot of pains in flats so I use heels. You can wear trainers with arch support inside as well. If you feel pains you need to see a physiotherapist for early treatment.

      You could use the service of an older nanny. Someone you trust to look after your baby while at work. You just have to express some milk before you leave for work. If that will not be enough for your baby. You can add baby food right for his/her age.

    I went to see a movie "bombshell" yesterday at the cinema and a woman and her husband came seating beside me. The beautiful woman almost fell on me, I had to quickly hold her. She was apologising and I told her that she didn't have to that we are all Humans. She later told me that she was dieing. I felt sad in my spirit. A very beautiful woman in her sixties with four kids and seven grandchildren. She was still wearing that big smile on her face and she came to see the movie.
    If you have your health and you sleep and wake up everyday, it is enough reason to thank God or thank nature (for those who don't believe in God)

    May God Almighty continue to guide and protect and prosper us

Meanwhile I had a dream about my late father. It was so real.In the dream, my father and brother were fighting and my father was crying he refused to let go of my brother. I kept pleading with him to let him go. Every other person was watching them at it. I had to jump in to try to separate them and after a while, I succeeded. He still wanted to go back but I kept pleading with him tomorrow apply my method of totally ignoring anyone who offends me. I pleaded until he stormed back inside the house and I woke up. Note that that brother of mine was my father's favourite. I have been thinking about my dad too much these days.

    For those partaking in the fast that starts tomorrow (3rd Jan) and ends on 9th, abeg

    1) If you're on prescribed medication that requires you to eat before 12noon, eat at your normal time and take your medicine, oh! Then follow the instructions about when/what to pray, Scriptures to read and meditate on, etc. Na only pesin wey dey alive wey fit marry. And while it's possible to get married in a hospital bed, it's probably preferrable not to. Let's not be unfortunate.

    2) You will be breaking with crackers biscuit and water that you will bless by yourself and use as communion. Do NOT take the water to or from any church or prophet. Normal bottled or satchet water is fine. Buy any crackers you can afford.

    3) If you'll be at work, school, shop, on the road, etc when it's time to break your fast on any day, please do not harass your employer, fellow colleagues, students, employees, passengers, etc. cos you're praying. Same goes for the night prayers. Don't terrorise your neighbours or housemates. Shouting isn't what makes prayers effective. The right prayers prayed earnestly with the right heart are what gets answers.

    4) Please, do not steal your employer's time and say you're praying to break your fast. This one will actually backfire so quick, your head will spin. Try and see if you can get your lunch break to be at noon.

    5) Don't announce that you're fasting. And do not co-opt anyone who isn't interested or who doesn't qualify to take part.

    6) If your employer has a problem with seeing your physical Bible when you're breaking your fast, download a Bible App on your phone and read in your mind.

    7) If you have any questions about and during the fast, ask under the relevant post.
