On many occasions I’ve gone into my prayer closet feeling drained and completely burdened down with all the needs in my life. I crawl in like someone in a desert, crying, “Water. I need…water.” I go to the well of Salvation that never runs dry.
Life will drain you. People will drain you. Situations will drain you, and if you don’t get replenished, you will give out and be of no use to anyone. Many times we’re easily offended because we’re tired. Most things that would normally get to you, won’t bother you much if you let God strengthen you in His presence. We fall into temptation when we’re drained. It is vital that you go to God, not to pray for others, but sometimes to pray for YOU. To lay hands on your head and say “Lord, I need you to strengthen me!”
God is faithful to do what He’s promised. So whether you initially feel stronger or not doesn’t matter. Go in by faith and receive by faith. You can trust that He will infuse you with His strength and power because He promised to supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Prayer: Lord, I need you to strengthen me. I humble myself right now and give you my life. I lay it all at your feet asking you to strengthen me Lord according to your word. You are the Vine and I am the branch. I draw everything I need from you. You are my strength and I love You and thank You for answering my prayer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

If you've been on the programme for Kingdom Marriages, Waiting Parents, or Jobs & Small Businesses - prepare to hold what is coming.
ReplyDeleteI'm not talking about your wedding, oh. I mean your actual marriage. As you are, will your husband/wife be confused and argue with God when s/he sees you physically? Do you currently look, speak, sound and behave like where you say you want to go - ie like what the husband/wife/employer you're praying for, will recognise? Do you know how to do the job? Can you run a home effectively whether you have to do stuff yourself or delegate? Are you preparing your body and your home to have the babies you prayed for? Or are you eating and drinking anything that anyone advertises? And spending on unnecessary things?
Work with God. Listen to the "Hegais" and "Elizabeths" and "Naomis" that God will send you to (not people you choose by yourself, oh!) to fill in the gaps and iron out the kinks. Leave behind everything and everyone that God says you should. Don't let yourself be blackmailed into making destiny decisions based on sentiments. Be patient with God as He removes obstacles and exposes the counterfeits of your promise. Be courageous enough not to make any "Gibeonite deals" no matter how they look - they will ensnare you.
Ask God for empowerment now so that you can fiercely and appropriately steward what God is sending you. A spouse, child, job or upgrade you've waited for isn't what you treat anyhow. You don't worship them instead of God, but you also don't let anyone maltreat or poison them just cos you "don't want people to say s/he too do". You're not perfect (nobody is) but you really don't want to struggle or be embarrassed in the place of your blessing. That is if your lack of preparation doesn't prevent you from being able to access the blessing. Some of you are where you are now because you missed it the first time.
Allow God do a quick work in you, so that your heart will be pure and strong enough to carry the responsibility of your blessing. As He releases you into the marriage, parenthood or assignment He purposed from before the foundation of the world - may He use you to change the current story of your family. May generations coming after you identify you as "the one that cooperated with God to give us a new beginning". As the thing that caused you pain and shame becomes the tool that God uses to turn you into an unapologetic witness for Him, may His Hand be so evident that people you don't even know will say, "Now I know there is a God that rules in the affairs of men. Take us to serve Him." May you not forget God, drag His glory or compromise on His standards in the place of your blessing. When challenges arise in your Promised Land (cos they will), may your only reaction be to seek the counsel of God - not call 300 BFFs for their opinions. May your confidence in God be such that you will not "seek or take help from Egypt", no matter what. May the trust of Heaven in you be justified, so that when your time here is done, the first words you hear when you open your eyes will be, "Well done, faithful servant. Welcome back home."

Now the turkeys are fighting your cotenants, they cannot freely move around in their own house that you both paid equal amount of rent. You keep on saying if the turkey is going after them they should ignore and allow it take their eyes off, really and you feel God is not watching you. You have been asking God to make you a landlord/landlady 🙊🙊🙊🙊🙊 are you thinking is angels that will be your tenants? Ask yourself if you are the owner of that house will you be waiting for anyone to come and fix your tap head 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 learn to consider other people before doing anything especially when is a residential location, when is a compound you share with people, when you know you will inconvenience others.

Haa it can be really annoying, I use to have a neighbour like that, they will leave their tap on when there is no water, once there us light and water starts pumping, the whole water will waste.

The landlady talk tire for where, at the end, the woman just increased her rent, she doubled the amount and they moved out, she said she did it so that they will move out, rent is back to the normal price.

DeleteOkay, something disgusting happened to me lately. The harmattan is on now and I love it. But I noticed I couldn't breathe normal,had congested chest and blocked nostrils. So one morning, I put my fingers in my nose, chai, see strong hardens phlegm, na so I use the finger manoeuver one out,it came but accompanied wit cartaar, oolawd, it was so long and stretchy. So I continued dragging it, behold my ppl, the thing long oo and I was even enjoying the pulling out sensation. It took time but I ended up dragging every iota of phlegm in my chest. Hallelujah, I can breathe again. Come see the yamayama wey wan kee me. Am free,I can breathe again.
