''She's in her 60's and got married just yesterday for the very first time! Yes!! Isaac and I had to dash back to the village in Anambra state to witness the most beautiful wedding of this century! Aunt Nwatoka had never been married all her life. She's Isaac's aunt from his father's side and one of the best aunt in-law you can wish for. She took excellent care of my husband's grandma until she passed in her 90's. She was always there for the whole family each time we came home for Christmas or ...
I was personally surprised but pleasantly so when a handsome Enugukwu man Mr. Okeke decided to take her hand in marriage. Aunt Nwatoka as she's fondly called was literarily swept off her feet💃🏽💃🏽. And just yesterday he wedded her at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Enugukwu, Anambra State. Mr. Okeke is a Lagos businessman while his new bride works in Anambra. Having found happiness, the groom who lost his first wife many years ago is giving himself another chance 😄
This one follow for "Gods time is the best"???
ReplyDeleteLolzz
DeleteWhy is it that most Nigerians are allergic to the word 'waiting'?
😂 abeg respect yourself. Yesssssss e follow for God’s time.
DeleteThe Original....because of people who would ask if 'this one follow for God's time is the best'.
DeleteThis is beautiful 🥰
DeleteYes it is... God's way is not ours, I am sure Sarah's neighbors said the same thing you did but their kids names dint make it to history.
DeleteThis woman would have been married off to a wife beater years ago, but look at God and she's celebrated and appreciated and known today by you.
This here gladdens my heart 😄😅😍. May their union be blessed.
ReplyDeleteGod is never too Late....

ReplyDeleteEveryone has her time. Congrats & Happy married life to u, my sister.
ReplyDeleteAwww so cute, she made such a lovely bride, God bless her home
ReplyDeleteWow! Marriage for companionship. This is as it should be. Marrying a woman his kids can relate to as their mother, not like some elderly men looking for 23 year olds that would eventually cheat on them and disrespect their older children. This is simply beautiful.
ReplyDeleteEeeya,so happy 4 her.
ReplyDeleteHappy married life to old age companions... instead of the two frolicking, they chose the right path.
ReplyDeleteWhat will be,will be.
ReplyDeleteQue sera sera.
congrats... Love is a beautiful thing.
ReplyDeleteAwww.. Happy married life..
ReplyDeleteAwwwww. God be praised.
ReplyDeleteGod is never too late..at His own time He will make all things beautiful
ReplyDeleteThere's always a purpose for everything
Congratulations to them
In her old age, she will have a companion, this is another ultimate goal of marriage. She is blessed, God be with them in their union. Her face looks full of joy, may it remain that way
ReplyDeleteAbeg this one is super late. God must have sent someone to her 40 yrs ago but the prince of Persia in her family did not allow the young man see her. 🚶♀️Talk rubbish under my comment and see your teeth fall out on Valentine’s Day .
ReplyDeleteNo I will not talk rubbish under your comment, rather I will pray life never gives you a reason to know never to say never.
DeleteAt least she has lived to see sixty years and God's glory in her life. Many will not see either in their lifetime.
DeleteNothing is impossible with God. Congratulations to the couple.
ReplyDeletePls let them send in their wedding night bruhaha biko lol.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the beautiful bride
She has a beautiful smile. I couldn't help smiling at this.
ReplyDeletesame here,contagious smile
Deletecongratulations to her and her hubby.
ReplyDeleteThank God for her,Her joy knows no bound
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the new couple. We should always pray that God should bless us with "meat" when we still have strong teeth to chew. Our singles who desire to marry will not miss their season in life!!!
ReplyDeleteAMEN IN JESUS CHRIST NAME OOOOO. I WILL EAT MY MEAT WHEN I STILL HAVE STRONG TEETH.
DeleteAmen and Amen
DeleteGod bless us with our meet when we still have strong teeth to chew

ReplyDeletePls,where are all the marriage palm wine tappers??...pls come here now, your food is already *done*.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand. this is super later for me God is good, but it's better for one to be vigilant in order not to end up in this kind of scenerio.Cheerios
Anything you have you can lose it all in one day. Some have lost their spouses on the very day they got married, they didn't even get to consummate their union. God may give this couple both 20-40 years of married life in good health to enjoy their union over some decades. At least she has lived to see the glory of God in her lifetime. There are many who will never have a testimony or uplifting story to share with anyone. Her story will give someone hope.
Deletethats how some of you will be making foolish comments. so in your myopia you think she doesnt wish better for herself and she choose sixty to marry? God who answered her at this time is not a fool so he will make her enjoy this late blessing. he can in his wisdom still give her a child.
DeleteWow! Congratulations to them...
ReplyDeleteHer smile is everything...
Hope the in laws no go give this one stress o.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations and happy married life...
ReplyDeleteI'm sincerely happy for her and i hope the man is a good man to her. Only then would her waiting this long be good.
ReplyDeleteBut let's say the honest truth. Marriage when you're young and healthy is way better. Growing old with the husband/wife of your youth is way better than this. For those who desire to have kids, do you sincerely wish this scenario for yourself?
I sincerely pray for the singles in this blog that they would not have to wait this long for husbands/wives that will live long and happy with them. Amen
Well, since everything is passing in life and no life on earth no matter how great is eternal then it doesn't really matter when your joy comes, as long as you are alive to meet it. Life is for the living, not just for the young. Let every age group enjoy their happiness as fitting to what they can handle. She has someone to go home to, laugh with, play with, eat together with, even make love with. How is her situation worse than a younger married person I cannot see. Heck, if God wills it they could even make a child together. The young think everything good on earth is only for them and only they feel passion and love. I hope this couple get thirty years of bliss together.
