Madam Stella, thank you for posting my chronicle yesterday. At least reading through yours and other BVs views gave me some relief as Ive been really down since I got the news. Thanks you so much. I appreciate the advice of the BVs too, thanks to everyone. 

I had told my sister to leave the man and file for a divorce or for their marriage to be nullified since she did a court marriage. At least she can tell the court that the marriage is a sham, but she just wants to stay. 

This is not what I wanted us to be. I wanted us to be better people; better than our parents, I had so much dream as a young girl but they are all gone now. Everything shattered and the more I sacrifice so much to build it up, I find out that there's always a loose end.

SOMEONE SET UP BV TO BE DUPED


Somebody set me up to be duped. Missed a call in the morning, thought it could be a customer or something so I called back only for the guy to start mentioning very personal information about my late hubby and asking few questions. He claimed my late hubby had a consignment that involves a huge amount of money with their supposed organisation that's headed by a White man bla bla bla. It took me few questions to figure out what's happening.

 He claimed the organisation is a worldwide organisation without a particular name or address. On address he said Abuja & lagos(Eko hotel and suites) lol.

For them to send me the consignment(huge money and other expensive items) I should register with them 30k as they cannot deal with non members. I kept playing along with them at some point another guy(Whiteman)a.k.a their chairman spoke to me, very annoying drama indeed. I told them I can only afford 5k they asked me to pay the 5k into an account number they sent. Shortly they kept calling to confirm if I've made payment which I said yes but didn't, they waited but noticed I was only playing along when they asked for proof of payment and got nothing, the call stopped.

Pls be careful on who you give your personal information to.
So pathetic that able young men now target just anybody to dupe including widows.

Please I Have a question ?Is dating from different from committed relationship.I'm dating a black American and we started dating in 2018 , while that's what he said but this man has never given me a gift before, we just go on dates and have sex , talk on whatsapp everyday about everything , December ending I changed ,I felt I was the one forcing myself on him .

SECURITY ALERTNESS

A BV complained of foreign numbers calling her. Although I replied to that comment, but I think its fair enough to elaborate.


This is 2020 and scammers have schemed out new techniques to scam people. Be weary of any SMS, E-mails, broadcast messages/ chats on social media that come with a link. Sometimes, clicking on that link is all that is required to have access to your account.

DO NOT use the number linked to your bank account(s) to sign up for services online or offline. No matter how trusted these sites are. Hackers are smart these days and can even hack into the databases of trusted online service providers.

Activate 2-step verification on WhatsApp to reduce the chances of your account being hacked. Check out the WhatsApp web platform on your WhatsApp to be sure your account has not been cloned.


It is also wise to have two bank accounts. The first can be where you stash your major funds. DO NOT have an ATM for this account. It is also wise not to activate USSD banking on it. If possible, freeze it! The other account should contain funds sufficient enough for recurrent expenditure.

Your Mobile banking App should not be visible to others. Freeze it!

DO NOT leave trails of your financial transactions on your phone. "Luxury pictures and videos" should be vaulted. These are what kidnappers use to determine the financial status of their victims.

Lastly, do not pick calls from strange foreign numbers. It is yet another ploy by upcoming hackers to wipe out your airtime. You can activate the true caller app to better aide your decision on whether or not to pick these calls.
