      Lucky you.
      I am trying so hard to stop eating night food because of weight gain. Me that used to eat even by 3am in those days when I come back from crusade. Or if I eat around 6pm I must eat again around 12am even without warming the food.
      The way I used to vibrate anytime I'm hungry like someone with legion of demons even up till now. God help me sha

      Please enjoy your weight o. Just try to glow in it so people recognize you're doing just fine. I'm here combining portion control and physical activity since December last year and l'm super grateful for the 11kg l lost so far from 75Kg. About 9Kg to go. Paying it forward so when l get married, l have the cool allowance.

      From size 8 I have jumped to 12, the annoying thing is I bought a jacket lastweek and it was the size 14 that looked good on me. I was almost crying in the store.
      Na only 2 children I born oooo, God help me to go back to size atleast. I have reduced my tea intake and eradicated SUGAR completely 😂😂😂🤣. I used to drink atleast 20 cups of tea in a day, even during the hottest period in summer I will still drink hot tea.
      I could eat midnight and dint pass size 8 for a long time with flat tummy ooo but I noticed that since 2018 my enemies have been at work 🤣🤣😂😂😂.
      God help me.

    I am here cuddling with my flat mates cat. Told her to sell it for some few dollars to me she's just doing anyhow. The cat is of a beautiful specie,drinks milk..i had to but a feeder for it. Loves to eat cereals too. Just feels like I have a baby already.

      Thanks @anon,I was at the cliinc yesterday,the doctor just came me omeprazole.He said he can't figure out any reason for the large appetite and can only precribe exercise. I can't do portion control because my Bosses won't let me go for food break more than once.I work 7-6 or 7pm.I am a banker and I sit most of the time except I want to print,pee or eat.

    Why is it that people shame women who feed their babies with formula. It's not my fault that my I can't produce enough milk I even went as far as buying lactation cookies and tea. I can't watch my baby cry out of hunger cos of baby friendly matter.

      Enter your reply...haa, why are u giving yourself headache about world Ppl?Do you!! its your baby so long as baby is healthy.My baby takes both formula and breastmilk in fact I started with dawa last month and he is so robust and healthy.Pay no heed,your concern should be that your baby feeds well.my son weighs 6.5kg at 2months which is a healthy gain.Just make sure u hive baby breast milk as often as possible.

      I had same experience,but never care about what any one has to say...my baby weigh 3.5kg at birth and after 8 weeks he was weighing 3.1kg,i had to get him a good formula....

      I buy baby milk,brush,milton bottles when shopping for the baby,once
      I am discharged my baby is given milk that very day at home.
      My mom will sterilize the bottles with Milton and hot water
      If you come visit I will feed the baby milk In your presence.
      Do what u can and leave people.
      I have three kids and none has ever been admitted.
      At four months I add nutrend I prefer it to cerelac,it makes me want to puke.
      Now I hear they have changed the name from nutrend to cerelac maize,
      I don't wait till six cos milk no longer sustains my babies.
      The only grand kid in my home, my sister did exclusive for dealt with my sister,she refused food till date.
      after her my sister vowed not to do exclusive again.
      And she kept to her word,
      If you can do exclusive fine,if you can't please don't.
      This life if you follow people you will live in misery.
      I believe it's Ur first that why the talks.
      Before a year my kids take goldern morn and other food.

      When they start school,I pack snacks,food and goldern morn
      Most times they leave the solid food till they get to like three years.
      I have stated it here,
      Till date every morning it is golden morn,they prefer it to tea.

      Please ignore what people say to you and do what works for you and your baby. My elder brother's baby refused breast milk from birth, after sucking breast milk the baby will never stop crying till you feed him with formula. So they should throw away their baby because the baby is not taking formula?

      Please don't mind them. I had issues with lactation and my breast milk didn't come until 3 weeks after delivery. My boy is now 5,tall and healthy and met all his milestones way ahead of his peers. I gave him formula - NAN. What about kids born to HIV+ mothers or those kids who lose their mums at birth? Girl, just do what you can for your child and don't care about people.

      Try and make the baby suckle the more because that sensation induces the hormones responsible for milk let-down. Breast milk is the best for the baby. Am a dietitian, you can contact me if you need my help.Take care yourself and make sure you eat well.

    you see eh sometimes, life can be funny. how can I be loving another man who don't even care when my husband is available?
