Hello Stella,
I saw the SnM post for yesterday and I was going through it like I used to. At first it was fun, reminded me of the old days when I never missed SnM all in the search for love, or its cousin.
After a while I became sad ☹️. So many people out there in need of love and happiness or companionship. The hustle really is real and if you are not there, you won't understand. People just want to be settled, live life with good partners and be happy. That's all it is, really. But it seems to elude most. Failed relationships, single parents, divorced, etc. I really wish everyone could find someone who would love and respect them, be good to them and make them happy/whole. Everyone deserves a chance.
Thank you for giving people a chance. Amidst the fakes and the scams, people do make friends, find lovers and get life partners here.
I took part in SnM for almost three (3) years. It wasn't easy but it wasn't all bad. At a point, my social cycle were people I met from the blog and I'm still good friends with some. Wonderful people all in all, even those it didn't work out with.
After years of serial SnM participation, I finally met someone wonderful in the December 2018 edition and we started off like joke and by April, we had our 'Meet the parents' and 'Knocking on the door'. By May, we had our traditional and court marriage and finally in August, we had the white wedding. And now I'm happy, happier than I have been for as long as I remember. Everyday is work in progress but this is my story now, one which I want to keep this way.
It took a while, but the SnM system works especially when people are sincere with each other. More importantly, what I'll say to anyone is never loose hope. Prayer helps wholesomely and having a good character and sincerity (I can't overemphasize this) makes the clip that binds.
Thank you once again and I'm sorry this took too long to come out. Wifey and I are grateful to you for the chance and opportunity you gave for our paths to cross. Pls don't relent in what you do, I'm sure that many people have had their lives positively impacted by even the little things you do.

I posted for a friend and she met so many fuck boys. A month after posting someone contacted her and they are in a beautiful relationship now.

I remember a lady wrote a couple of months how her UK resident brother (and possibly some other men) was scammed by one Zainab, guys be careful, the lady is still here and duping many guys, the Comfort lady is a scam who cheats men, I heard she has been married three time with 4 children with different fathers!

ReplyDeleteI participated in this December 2018 too, to the glory of God, I met a very handsome man, I’m blushing writing this, so clean, educated, God fearing and of course good job, did I forget, he is from one of the big Nigerian we’ll known family.
ReplyDeleteWhen he added me up, he just acted like a guy who was trying to make it in life. He disguised himself and family name. I accepted him, cos he was gentle and of course good looking, tall, hairy and the fresh body. I felt I was working and he too wasn’t lazy either, besides I felt I could tell my elder brother to give him a job, since he ls in House of Representatives for his third term.
We continued dating till August this year 2019, when I told him I was going for vacation abroad, he said it’s okay and I left, the next thing he insisted on knowing my location in that country, to my greatest surprise this my sweet man showed up in my vacation country..., like how did he get visa, I later got to know, who he truly was
Hmmm like a movie right, it’s surprising for me and to my 2019 highlight Dec 26 I got the ring in one European country.
Stella we are sending our wedding photo and every every early next year.
I’m just a lucky and happy girl. Sweet I know you will read this, I love you baby.

ReplyDeleteWhen I moved to America in 2015, I participated in the SnM asking for only guys who reside in US, a lot of guys contacted me from around the US and from naija sef, but finally I filtered the whole crew and was very close with one from another US state. We chatted/talked/facetime on phone like every other day for 2years. finally we met in 2017. I already liked him, thought we would have a great relationship, Wether Homeboy thought I was looking for who to give me greencard, I didn't know as he was dragging his feet, meanwhile I already had mine and made him know, so he shouldn't think otherwise. Long story short, I got fed up of his not being serious enough, met some other guy and got married this year. Now he regrets why he didn't man up.
