  26. Will be making my signature fried rice.
Wash the rice and keep in a big sieve/drainer
Slice your runner bean, carrot ,green pepper(optional),I prefer using green bell pepper(rodo),slice your fried liver and sausage(hot dog),open your sweet corn, keep aside.
    Boil water ,very bubbling.
Slice your onions in a bowl, put your desire spices on it,curry, thyme, maggi.
Put a pot of oil,fry your chicken, sausageand liver.
Remove from the oil when fried.
Reduce the heat, pour your drained raw rice.
    Turn with spatular
Add your onion and spices,if its not green enough ,add more thyme, not curry, curry makes it yellow in colour.
    Stir very well.
Add your boiled water, add salt then cover.
Be careful with the water so as not to get watery rice, reason being that the water is already boiled so it will cook faster.
When the rice is dried and soft to your taste, add the sweet corn, carrot, runner bean, diced liver and sausage.
I do mine like that cos I like the carrot and its family to be crunchy not soggy.
I don't do any can product other than the sweet corn.
N.B,if your sweet corn is too much, your rice will taste sugary.

    Home made sharwarma
Cabbage, bama, sausage, suya spice (you can buy suya and ask aboki to put plenty spices, carrot, grilled chicken, sharwama bread(#450 for like 6wraps)
Will be using either my non stick pan or my halogen oven for the sharwarma and grilled chicken.
Slice your carrot and cabbage in a bowl, add your suya and spice, grilled chicken and sausage.
Spread your sharwarma bread, put in the fillings, wrap and place in your oven or non stick pan at low heat then cover.
    Maybe I should send pics.
For drinks, hubby will be making Chapman, smoothies etc.Got a bottle of red wine for myself.

If you are in ado ekiti, come visit.
    For snacks,I have chin chin,short bread e.t.c
Will make goat meat peppersoup or cat fish peppersoup as a side dish.
I don't like all these already made pepppersoup spice so I pound my uda, oziza and co,ginger and I have scent leave in my compound.
I am from Delta state,Born and bred in lagos married to an ekiti man who was born and bred in delta.
Would love to eat amala, gbegiri and ewedu with fukun, round about e.t.c or ewa agoyin though.
    Forgive my typo,can't proofread.
