Nothing beats fresh peppered titus stew with hot soft adamawa boiled white yam......Choi choi the taste is awesome.very African and healthy...... I followed it up with coffee,hot milk and natural honey tea........

ReplyDeleteNothing yet. This pregnancy is showing me pepper, No appetite to eat. My first and only meal of the day is usually lunch. Local woman has lost 3.5kg ontop of belle. Smh. I'll have beans and plantain porridge later in the day.
