Might be menstrual blood or wine stain. That she can flaunt the stain means she isnt guilty of the crime. Most murderers clear up every trail that would link them to the murder.

A killer will try to check for all the possible proofs and will try to remove it. It is C who killed and kept the knife in A's flowers and put stain on B. Also from the looks C is not surprised to c the murder. She keeps the flowers with both hands and the face expression is also cool. So C is the killer
