  1. Only few men will allow their partners wear such horrible dress, especially in Nigeria, hardly will you find any man allow his partner wear such, only if he's not serious with her sha

With this attitude of him, I'm yet to see him as controlling, he's only not comfortable with that particular dress

    1. Mbok mine was chewing gum.
He didn't want me chewing gum and asked I threw it away which I refused to do, that was how he landed me a blinding slap and that was the end.
      Later came back begging.....good riddance

    4. Very horrible dress. I doubt she can wear this rag in front of her parents.

    5. 12:46....you took the words right out of my mouth.

How do you even call that a DRESS?

A dress is a clothing worn to cover one's nakedness, if i am not mistaken. How on earth does THIS cover nakedness? Haba! She for kukuma wear mini-skirt with a rose petal covering the nipple...mscheewwww

      Delete
    6. Very evil dress, the guy did the right thing, just cut off the rope that covered the nipple, the dress will be finer that way.

    7. If its because of this dress the broke up,then its her loss.
No sane man will allow his bae to dress up looking like a hoe, except he himself has a nut out of his head.
      Nobody should tell me otherwise,please.

    8. You guys keep saying "allow" like it's acceptable. She is not his child. The idea that a man must allow a woman to do anything is very misogynistic and backward indeed.

  2. I like the guy already. How can your babe be planning to attend a party naked? Can you allow your man attend a party with a tie across his penis? You guys dont match abeg. Go your way, you will find your perfect match.
    Btw i need advices o.
I am a size 8/10. Size 10 used to be a lil big for me, but now some size 10 dresses are perfect on me while i still slim-fit some. Now my issue is i have a protruding tummy. And its all those lower tummy that sucking it in is useless cos it will still stand gidigba there. Whats the cause of the protruding tummy. Not that its so big, but it protrudes below the abdomen. A protruding tummy for a slim body does not match atall. What can i do?

  4. How can a reasonable woman wear the rag up there as dress. The man made a right decision to leave such relationship. The girl sound so stubborn.

  5. Women of nowadays going naked just to prove they're woke. Tueh... Nothing like decency anymore. You will see people showing all the important part of their body to prove they also belong to the 21century woke women. God forbid bad thing. The dude is damn lucky he caught your hoeing ass on time.

  10. Lol. Where is the dress? Cos it cannot be that thing in the picture.

9months & her wey-rey tendency just sparked from nowhere like Vashti that needed to be replaced for a reason that wasn't even to do with her personally.

  11. Personally I can't wear this Dress, it's too revealing but Kudos to Who can.
I'd Rather wear what I am 100% comfortable in.

  14. Depends on the perspective.
Woke people will say the guy is wrong, but I don’t think so. The man has the right to ‘not want’ his girlfriend dressed in a certain way.

I believe the guy is not wrong at all. That’s how people just keep chiseling at even the most basic of values. What’s this kind of dressing supposed to achieve/project? It’s your life - and so what? And for your information, the guy is not a controlling ass’ if in 9months this is the first (and probably only) example you have of him putting his foot down and insisting on having his way, you have to cite other examples to sell that.

Go do your thing, don’t worry, you will find someone with values as low as yours to mingle with.

  15. heheh you just want to hear what people will say alright so if they leave you now even common sense doesn't tell you that this dress up there is not good for you to wear out..you are not ready for a relationship and your boyfriend doesn't deserve you. One more thing instead of ordering the dress you could have gone naked

    ReplyDelete
  16. The Woman is wrong. So glad the relationship broke off! Tueh!!!

    ReplyDelete
  17. if its that dress up there, wellllllll, its too revealing, for me o. But its something that could be walked around. Convince him and even opt to drag his ass down to the club with you that way, his insecurity would calm abit and he just might revel in the attention his woman is getting. We are humans, even she will be insecure about him on somethings, she just might not have discovered it.

    ReplyDelete
  18. He would hVe just gone along with it and after 6years of dating marry someone else. Then on your birthday buy this dress for you.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I am sorry darling. But if it were me too,i will walk.Such a shitty dress.

That wasn't him having a controlling behaviour. That was a man with standard..

    ReplyDelete
  20. Social media made up story again.....You told his ass to kick the rocks,Really huh!!!!! If na real can you actually do that?Letting a man go cos of flimsy excuse, and what controlling act of his are you talking about, how about your own shortfall of not listening to your potential husband? You both meant to please each other okay, not just want him alone to please you and let you have your way.reaching a common ground to meet in between would have been better than breaking up,it shows you guys are not in a serious relationship.mschewwwwww very immature behaviour

    1. Made-up story or not, these things happen, maybe not as revealing as this dress tho.

  21. people it is nit about the dress. i just wish young poeple will read and understand. it is about control. now dint get me wrong the dress is not appropriate. they are many ways to get her not to wear the dress but saying it as if i am your dog is wrong.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Babe, read and comprehend abeg. Didn't you see where she said he even BEGGED her not to wear it? What else was he to do, send her a 250-word essay explaining why she shouldn't wear it?

      Delete
    2. I didn't get the impression the boyfriend spoke like to a dog. She said he expressed his discomfort at the dress and then begged that she not wear it. So I don't agree he came off as a control freak, but rather that she cared less about how he felt, in which case, they have no business being in such a relationship.

    3. Didn't you read it very well

    4. Thank you Favor.

It really is not about the dress. It is their failure to communicate. For starters, boyfriend is not husband. Secondly, she was going to her girlfriend's shindig. If she is like me, I get a little crazy around my girls. No homo. So a dress like this is perfect.

Thirdly, he issued an ultimatum. When a guy or girl issues an ultimatum so that they can have their way, that is a red flag.

When my man is complains about my outfit, I don't see it as insecurity. He is just not comfortable with the idea that other guys would have their eyes and (probably hands when we dance or hug during greetings) in what should be our business. So, instead of an ultimatum, we reach a compromise.

I leave the house in this dress but with a coat on it. If it is a very public affair, then I have to negotiate with him to wear this dress. His favorite card to play during negotiations is to pick my wedding gown and you know that I am not about to mess with my W-Day dress. So, I end up settling for something less slutty.

Because yes, the dress is slutty. But I hope we all know that there are girls who dress modestly but have the sluttiest character. If you people are still on that covered up means good girl vibe, well good luck to you.

    5. So the guy doesn't like the slutty dress, so what is his crime,

  22. Even strippers will blush at wearing such a dress outside of a club. The guy was trying to protect her virtue. That is not being controlling. Small time now she will say she cant find a decent man.

  23. Wear your dress, babygirl. Somebody cannot dress like a ho in peace again without your boyfriend threatening you, this life. Happy singlehood. 😊😊

  25. All ye woke people, daalu nu. Maybe the girl is a fan of the nudist movement or maybe she's a clout chaser...

It's my body, it's my body... Whatever happens to my body, whether naturally caused or humanly caused, I'd keep it to myself. e. g pimples ,stretch marks or even assault sef... This is how this "It's-my-body" argument should look like...

    ReplyDelete
  26. The dress is surreal, can't wear such and no reasonable guy will nurture a relationship with a girl that wear such. Don't worry, you will find your match in some of these educated agbero. Am sure they won't mind such.

    ReplyDelete
  27. No responsible woman would go out dressed this way. Is this what it takes to be WOKE? You can look sexy, classy without unnecessary exposure.
It's good the guy broke it off. She's selfish.

    Sluttychic.

    ReplyDelete
  28. There's nothing "woke" about this dress!
Dress like a whore and be addressed/treated like a whore.

She tried so hard to present the boyfriend as a controlling guy, whereas, she's the controlling one.

A woman goes out almost naked on the street, people sees her and applauds her.
A man is walking on the street with his trouser unzipped and his member is protruding out of the zip hole and people go banana on him, calling him a pervert...

    ReplyDelete
  29. This dress is a no no to begin with..how can a responsible woman wear this out? Is not about insecurity from d man tho! U will be addressed by d way u dress,so its always good to be modest

    ReplyDelete
  30. This dress is too bad nah. Abi she's talking about something else?

    ReplyDelete
  31. All of a sudden every body is modest and claiming the dress is slutty. So all you covered up saints that come here and vomit sordid details about your life under late night post, how far? Looooool.

You guys leave the main problem which is the two knuckle heads in that relationship. Jisike o. Aunty Single, congrats o. Brother Modesty, weh don sah. You people will not call the acts of fornication conducted under the guise of boyfriend/girlfriend slutty. Na until she wear cloth una dey shout. I laugh in Santa Clause. Ho. Ho. Ho.

  32. The dress is just to revealing abeg, if is the guy that want to wear such will she herself be ok with it. Nope is not the guy's fault.

The way you dress is the way you will be addressed.

  33. Dress is horrible. if she was my friend and both of us are invited to the party, even as a girl, i would feel quite uncomfortable attending an even with my friend in that dress.

    ReplyDelete
  34. God forbid I wear such tacky dress

    ReplyDelete
  35. The dress is too revealing, definitely not something I can but mba an adult has a right to wear whatever he/she wants. They are both right in their decisions... however I think he was too dramatic.....
Boy---"I can't have my girlfriend wearing that dress"
Girl---"I choose to wear what I want and if you are not cool with ,take a bow".
    shekinah!!!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Well, it depends. If it's in Nigeria, that dress is way too revealing, even in a night club. Except she is a strippers and strippers don't dress so revealing outside the club
