Sowore who has been in Detention since August, was let off the hook of the DSS along with his Co-accused Olawale Bakare around 7:15 on Friday night
They were released to Mr Femi Falana, SAN their lead counsel ..
This comes barely hours after an Abuja Federal High Court, on Thursday ordered for his release within 24 hours.
Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu also ordered the DSS to pay the sum of N1m to Sowore, for refusing to release him on bail despite two court orders to that effect.
The judge consequently adjourned the trial of the case brought against them by the Nigerian Government to December 6th for continuation.
