Stylist Calls Out Reality Star Ike And Celeb Stylist Swanky Jerry For Taking His Work And Not Giving Him Credit
A stylist named John Angel has called out BBNaija star Ike Onyema for not giving him credit for styling him for BamTeddy's wedding (which held on Saturday In Dubai)but giving it instead to Celeb stylist Swanky Jerry.
He also called out Swanky Jerry the stylist for always stealing his work and attributing it to himself.
This is so wrong but whats my own...guys always settle stuff without drama,unlike ladies

ReplyDeleteIf swanky Kerry has styles ten people only one of them seemed to stand out. There is nothing stylish about his work that the individual can't put together. He knows this too well thats why he is ready to court media attention and even steal someone elses work if possible.
DeleteAs far as I'm concerned the best stylist in the industry has to be Rita Dominics former stylist (can't her name)her and whoever used to style Toke makinwa.
These are the kind of people that after a while you will be able to style yourself well because you've learnt so much from them.
Rita's stylist basically turned ritas style from basic to classy.
I dislike this swanky because he is an attention whore and all attention whores are phonies. But this accusations just cemented my impression of him.

He styled mercy and took the credit. For Ike he didn't (even though swanky tied the turban and dressed him up that day).
In one of the pics where the stylist misinterpreted and came out to blast them, was one of the pics Swanky, Ike and Mercy snapped and swanky tagged their both handles, and used his regular hashtages. He never took credit for it.
Ike took the first pics, gave credit to the guy and others (before swanky posted their pics on his wall), only for the guy to call him out. Accusing him falsely.
After the call out, Ike became angry and put swanky as the stylist.

Go to the original stylist page and see where he shared the screen shot including the previous theft that swanky that he overlooked! Ike has edited that post severally. He gave credit to swanky and after the guy called him out, he edited it and then later changed back to swanky. Ike thinks that becos swanky is well known that it is better to flow with him. He is yet to realize how the industry works !

DeleteThis is not the truth, this stylist is too hasty in her call out. Swanky never took credit in her work but only posted Mercy and Ike's photos on his page. He only took credit for styling Mercy. The only crime Swanky commited here was posting their pictures on his page (note that he never took the credit of styling Ike)

People should mind how they use social media, may be the designer wants to be noticed but doing it the right way would've been the best. But I'm just The Mystery Woman, what do I know?
