PDP Tells Fashola To Resign And Apologise To Nigerians For Saying Nigerians Roads Are Not As Bad As Potrayed..

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has called on the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, to resign his position immediately.

This is following a statement made by the Minister which has stirred reactions.
Fashola, who was a former Governor of Lagos State had insisted that Nigerian roads are not as bad as being portrayed.

He stated this while addressing State House correspondents after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday.

“The roads are not as bad as they are often portrayed. I know that this is going to be your headline, but the roads are not that bad,” Fashola had said.

Reacting, PDP in a statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan urged Fashola to apologise to Nigerians for making such statement.

The opposition party described the statement as ‘unfortunate’ and a violent assault on the sensibility of over 200 million Nigerians.

Please we need to post bad roads for Fashola to see...send in photos of any bad road you run into and we will post....

  13. Shameless pdpigs. 16 years in the saddle and nothing to show for it. Instead of burying their heads in shame they are joining ti condemn the people in power now. Joblessness and not having access to free money is really taking a toll.
