Hi bvs I just found out that my husband of nine years has been cheating on me with various girls I confronted him and saved the chats recording on my phone without his knowledge and he is still denying,I asked him if he can swear with the bible to prove his innocence and he refused saying he is faithful which I know is a lie.What do I do?

    I thought menthol relieves nasal congestion cos my allergies are off the roof and menthol seem to be worsening it..making me sneeze uncontrollably.

      I can't count how many times I've sneezed today, probably up to 50.

      I have to sleep with tissues by my beside as my runs just runs constantly, without relief.

      I have Chronic Rhinitis and have tried all the antihistamines you can think of- Cetirizine, Loratadine, Desloratadine, Bilastin, etc, all no to effect. Even had a CT done to ensure no strange polyps or anything. Doctor said it's "just" allergies and they're driving me crazy. The only thing that helps is Prednisolone, which I can't take continuously, of course, because of the numerous side effects.

      I've resigned myself to the sneezing and nasal congestion and runny nose😭
      Some days are good, some days I get headaches because of the constant sneezing and nose blowing.

      If you know any remedies, BVs, please share. Thank you. I'm tired.

      I used to have serious rhinitis too make sure you stay clear of your trigger like perfumes,rugs are free of dust and your fans are clean if any,then I usually take cough syrup to ensure I rest as it makes me sleepy just make sure you rest...

    Scammed poster should report the culprit to the police. They will block his account number and once he goes to make complaints they will pick him up. Same thing happened to me last year and i dealt with the a** hole. He paid my money and still spend some days in police custody before I asked them to release him. The idiot had to run away from IG after I was through with him.

    I will continue praying against scammers. God Almighty will do more than they have done to people.

    On the cheating hubby, just show him the evidence you have and whatch how that pans out. You might cajole him into swearing and out of pride, he will and you will indirectly be suffering from the consequences.

    I made my wife swear when her stories were not adding up when I knew she was lieing and she did and the consequences are colossal. My wife does not even remember she lied and swore too so does not understand what we are passing through might be as a result of her swearing.

    Confront him, he apologies, take it and keep extra watch on him.

    This is to the lady that was scammed. While it is true that a lot or scam pages exist on instagram, it would be out of place to zero out on buying things there. For me, I apply a little bit of caution when buying from an online store that I am not sure of. First, I scroll down to items posted months ago ( let's say March) if the vendor indicates that they are available, that'd be a red flag. You can also ask for physical inspection before payment. A scammer wont agree to this. Lastly, you can do the size trick. Some scam pages have sizes of items indicated. For instance if the item is available in sizes 8 to 14, you should ask for size 18. If the vendor says its available, that should be another red flag. Lastly, you can run a check on the account details.

    Scammed...please take these details back to Zenith bank. They can't open an account for him without a scanned copy of National ID card or International Passport bearing a scancode on their machine.
    They'll get his NIMC no,from there his data will be printed for you at an NIMC center but you need a note from Zenith Branch manager where he opened the account and N1,000.
    The Bank will give you a paper for making an official report at a Police station.
    Go get him. Pele!

    I don't think I am cut out for business, I tried a few but didn't work out. Tho my plan is to chill till the first quarter of next year and if the job am working on doesn't turns up my dad promised to help me start up a business I.e sales of drinks in wholesale but am still scared might fail at it too and don't know if it will be lucrative.

      The reason why most businesses fail is failure to prepare. Do a research on the business and go and learn work, I mean do apprenticeship with someone who's doing a similar business. Even things as little as how you talk to customers matter a lot. From now till next year, you can improve your entrepreneurial skills. Good luck

    1. You can get your money back from online fraudsters (If you can follow through).

    CBN has now mandated all banks to open a fraud desk to handle cases.

    The bank will investigate, prosecute and reverse such dubious transactions even though the scammer has withdrawn the money.

    2. Say you use UBA and you paid money into your instagram seller’s(scammer) Zenith account, you can simply send a mail to frauddesk@zenithbank.com.

    Make sure you copy the CBN at cpd@cbn.gov.ng (This puts the banks on their toes).

    3. The banks should block such a suspicious account IMMEDIATELY a complaint is received via the fraud desk.

    They can receive customer’s STOP-TRANSACTION complaints to block their own account.

    He also advised that people can visit CBN’s website for more details on how the procedure works.

    To the schengen visa holder, why dont you apply to study in Ireland? You can keep upgrading your immigration stamp to residence stamp if you stay in study for 3 years or get a job that will retain you when your study is over.got here in december 2017 and i've got my residency now
