    2. Even during the triumphant entry into Jerusalem, this didn't happen!
Please exactly what separates this from idol worship?
If I catch myself bowing to any "man of god"!!! Let alone prostrate like this...

    3. Rubbish! I can't imagine myself doing this, when something is not wrong with me.

    Kissing rings
    Touching feet
    Touching staff
    Squatting to greet

    Most importantly

  7. My church pastor.... hmmm I never was into the kneeling down and honouring him during services and all that. I always do face one kind when I see people do it. it puts me off..

Recently, I had a serious challenge that requires a lot of encouragement and major councelling. I went to my pastor all teary and low and this man started doing the Lords work. consistently prayed, called repeatedly to make sure I was okay. When I stopped going to church despite the crowd and his huge responsibility not like I give plenty money or anything of that sort but he made sure I was back in the sheep fold. The man was persistent till I overcame today I'm in a better place.

Since after that my ordeal, whenever I want to go greet him, I'm down on my knees first and then he pulls me up. I don't know why others in church do theirs but that's my own reason.

Give honour to whom honour is due.

See what I outline in caps.. that's how it should be.. but see the one on the pix feeling like God. Vain lots.. these one are not pastor.. even me that's in the has more humility, morality and common sense than him

    2. If I say common sense is not common bvs will come after me. The most annoying thing is that those people laying flat on the floor man of God don't fear and respect God by doing his work and keeping his words. But na to dey do as pastor tell them. Well Paul said it that all this division and saying I belong to this church or pastor does not count what counts is doing the will of the father and knowing that Christianity is one body and not a division. To does that keep following pastors well done

  8. Okay indeed.
If only we could channel a quarter of the strength we use in revering ‘Men of God’ to actually reading our bibles for ourselves, we would see that we would have a better relationship with God.
And shame unto the man who has elevated himself to a god among men. If I were a preacher, I would be very scared. The Bible wasn’t joking when it said that judgement will start from the pulpit. But how will they understand the import of that verse, when they called themselves?

  9. It is not okay at all for what!! A mortal like you and I...Thats why religion will thrive because it is the opium of the masses..

  10. This is wrong if you ask me. The Bible said in the name of Jesus every kneel shall bow. This here is a no no for me. As it is now , anything this pastor ask them to do whether good or bad, they will do it.

  11. Nonsense..some people worship the god of men instead of God

  13. OMG!!! What is this?

Africa which way, for how long.
sick people everywhere in the name of religion

  14. It’s very ok. In fact I think this is how every pastor should be welcomed. It’s not easy to be called by God or even to force God to call you. It’s called reverence. Try it at home you will see that it feels good.

    ReplyDelete
  17. They will soon stand up and start asking 'why do you honour Mary sef'

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. stop fooling yourself, honoring Mary is not about bowing down to her image. she has no power to pray for you..you pray for yourself to God the father through Jesus Christ his son. Mary was human like you and i. honored for allowing herself to be used but no where in the bible did God say build an image and bow to or ask her and any other saint to pray for you for forgiveness of sins.
any fool should know that these are not true christians so i dont even know how you can think all protestants do this

  18. this is Idolatry..bow down to no man but God. Well can you blame him. If he is true, asking his followers to bow for him will never cross his mind. By their fruits you will know them

  21. I did not mistake it at all
    it is a robbery scene
The robber is going to climb the pulpit
and is wielding a copy of the bible and twisting
the truthful Word of the Creator to empty the pockets
    of his trembling followers.
May Jesus save his flock from pulpit robbers!😮😮😱😱

  25. Some Christians have refused to know God personally, they would rather worship pastors who in turn manipulate them into believing and giving reverence to them instead of God.
