    Please how did this man make the money he talks about?
    This is what confuses me about Nigeria.
    In developed countries and even Southern African countries,
    every individual person of wealth or not, has his/her source of income
    and net worth crystal clear.

    Audio. Notice how he said Mobile network knowing that people will assume it is mobile telecommunications network. Intentionally deceiving people is akin to lying. I can bet my 2 balls that he is not launching any MOBILE PHONE NETWORK. It is most likely a mobile outreach network.
