When I start to talk now, they will say that Amebo has started............
My neighbour works as a contract marketing staff in one of the Nigerian banks.
She lives in the same house with her Bobo and they share a rented three bedroom ensuite flat with two other guys.
She has been wearing two big rings on her both fourth fingers for years now.
Every morning, no matter the Weather, she goes off to work but her fine Bobo stays at home doing nothing. Sometimes she goes the extra mile to get things on credit to make him feel comfortable and she has been harassed a few times because of this....
Bobo targets her salary like a hunter targets his trap. Once it is month end,he begins to show her affection. Helps her lose her weavon, pets her,sun-dry her inner wears, clothes, shoes etc.
Babe presumes Bobo will marry her. From time to time, she gets one or two needs solved.
Babe presumes Bobo will marry her. From time to time, she gets one or two needs solved.
She feeds him, clothes him, pays rent, utilities and also buy drinks for him. The guy is fair and good looking. If he was as committed to working as she is to the relationship.,shouldn't they at least go to the registry and marry under the act which she can afford?
I really feel sorry for her. I hope it ends in praise.
I am so sure that those of you who are in relationships that lack commitment will come after me..... The year is wrapping up;my brothers and sisters,if anyone has made you Lord of the rings, please break that yoke before next year.
I am sure some of you will look at the rings on your hands...Sister how long have you been wearing that ring?Brother you promised her Marriage because she provides for you?you are in bondage ooh.
What's my own self......
I have stopped drinking water and i will not mind my business
Na me
Amebo
Let me read comments....
ReplyDeleteI join you to read. This mumu move is just one too many.
DeleteAmebo please don't stop writing, I love you.
DeleteWho will open the girl's eyes and common sense?
DeleteAmebo mind your business dear, if the lady isn't complaining then let her be. How did you know he targets her salary and treats her nicely when it's almost pay day? Are you him? Is him you??I see nothing wrong in catering for a guy you love, let's encourage the lady instead of bashing her pls.
ReplyDeleteHope you ain't in same situationship??If not, pick up ya self esteem osiso. Inukwa encourage the lady! Hian!
DeleteNo sandy I've got a cute, tall, dark & handsome hubby that pays my bills while I sit on our balcony sipping champagne but if the table were to turn tomorrow I would happily provide for him so long as I have the means. That's the way it should be!
Deleteyours is a different scenario he's your HUBBY and if things go wrong and you refuse to help out, even we here will bash you but the lady nko so called NFA boyfriend/fiancee. Its a pity
DeleteKeep spoon feeding men in the name of love. How can you even encourage such? No one should be encouraged in his/her laziness ejo.
DeleteEncourage her to do what? If the the guy goes out to hustle like the lady, will he die? God forbid that I feed and cater for a man while he stays at home all day doing nothing, when his mates are outside hustling to make ends meet.
DeleteAwon edible catering.
DeleteKeep catering for a grown ass man. If she mistakenly looses her job,dat is when you will see his true colours.
Even an able bodied woman shld not sit home doing nothing.
Loses...
DeleteElena i am sure that lazy dude is your elder brother, I pray the lady realizes herself someday and leave that gigolo to wallow in his miserable life.
DeleteGod forbid I feed a man. God forbid. Godforbid. Godforbid
DeleteElena, would you have married him if he was a loafer like the above guy?
DeleteHmmmmmmmm
DeleteElena. I want to believe you're one of them. How would you see anything wrong with the woman's action. When a woman is doing everything a man should do in place of a man and the so called man seat at home doing nothing as a man. Who does that? My dear that's an irresponsible man. Love my foots. That man will chop and clean mouth and dump her as well. Stop encouraging bad thing.
DeleteHahahahaha you be real amebo. Better go look for work and mind ya business.
ReplyDeleteThis one na audio marriage. So many audio horsebands. Una weldone
You hope it ends in praise? With that man God forbid! If she is sensible, she would cut him off! Men like that do not change for nothing! The greatest mistake of her life will be marrying that guy! Sadly there are lots of people like this(both male and female) all they do is lazy their ass about and keep taking and taking from their partner! Stay woke people! Cut yourself from a person who cannot carry their own weight or contribute substantially in a relationship. For the sake of your unborn kids and so you will live long!
ReplyDeleteSMH, it will definitely end with heartbreak.
ReplyDeleteSome of the guys who do this are good looking, sexy. They feel that’s all they need to bring to table.
Does being “good looking” pay bills without putting in a lot of hard work?
Women who don’t have value for themselves are the ones entangled in such relationships.
I can’t imagine doing all that for a guy just cos I don’t want to lose him. That’s a huge “crime” to me 🤥
And the most annoying part is that these women cry out later on, swearing curses on these men when they walk away. You did yourself.
Wish i can groan this post to smithereens. So your only concern is for him to marry her still, being a loafer and all? You should want better for your neighbor even if you don't care for her.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad they ain't married yet. Hopefully, she gets frustrated enough to kick his butch ass to the curb.
Ameboooo, ladies please do what makes you happy. Even the one that buys car for you and takes care of you may not still marry you.
ReplyDeleteOrorbo at least I can sell d 🚗 back nah. No RATS pls. Digging a hole in my savings cos of marriage? I rather have a child and use all day money on her. My fresh and blood
DeleteI can bet you that the guy will end up not marrying her. Don't know why women do this to themselves really..
ReplyDeleteThe worst part is that guy's like him don't use condom. He will open his broke mouth and say he likes it raw and she will keep using her money to do abortion.
DeleteIt might all end when the guy start making money
ReplyDeleteHmmm. Leave the loser now!!! He no good for you! A lazy man who can't provide or support is non no!!!
ReplyDeleteI confuse o
ReplyDeleteBut correct yarn amebo
How come the sisi dey wear two rings, she engage two dudes
abi the loafer dude buy two rings engage am? 😮😮
Okwa my ajuju ooo
Wetin dey confuse my Naija sisis like the one you yarn here
na fork(nication). That thing dey mess up people's reasoning
when it comes to "situationships" which they call relationships.
If you ever try to correct that sisi eh, she go strip ya unborn pikins
curse them well well.
I suspect, the guy fit don yarn am say im uncle wey dey abroad, say
when America pay am World war 3 gratuity, them go travel go US go wed
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
All you know is abroad this and that. Not everyone sees abroad as heaven pls. Many women sponsor themselves for schooling and holiday abroad. Even women are crossing Libya to go hustle abroad without any man's input.
DeleteDo you know the amount of stingy men abroad. Common £50 they can't give you. Suffering too dey dere. If you visit often you won't keep ranting. Go abroad and see suffer.
Lmao sometimes you can be really funny
DeleteAbroad must really be a big deal to you. You are too judgemental. Change your ways.
Delete@Anonymous
DeleteI did not judge anyone in my comment, otherwise, tell me how many years in jail I
sent anyone.
You see as 15:48 is still talking about "women crossing Libya to hustle abroad?" 😱😱😱
Even when cargo planes are bringing them in droves to MMIA with tales of woes??
Okwa ajuju o
I been talk am. If a molue should park at Ojuelegba and chant "Libya, Libya, Libya..." my Naija Sisis
with empty for street o 😱😱😱
Shut up pls.
Deleterazzoid
DeleteThat arrangement never ends well. Rubbish and ingredients.

ReplyDeleteThe kind of assumptions people make, though.
DeletePersonally, I like rings. If I had to choose between a ring and a necklace, I'd probably pick a ring. When I wasn't yet married, I had to attend a friend's wedding and the only ring (I could find in shops within my budget) that fit the aso-ebi I was to wear, looks like an engagement ring. I still have it (that wedding was nine years ago) and I often wear it on my right hand. It's the only fashion ring I have, that's not huge. But people have questioned why I'm wearing (what they have decided is an engagement) ring on the fourth finger of my own right hand. I don't even have the energy to answer them. Someone even said only gays wear rings on the right hand. Toh.
Meanwhile, I was never fussed about getting an engagement ring. I've never seen the point. Wedding ring from my husband, yes. I tried to get excited about engagement jewellery but I'm just not built like that.
The situationship looks like what will end in tears. One thing about this kinda people is that they hardly take advice till they see the result. So amebo, kindly mind your business and focus on your own life.
ReplyDeleteYou see how painful this story sounds?
ReplyDeleteSadly that's what most guys face.
And when he complains, he's accused of not being "a real man" or being a stingy man.
We have no one to complain to, so we simply take the insults and allow God to judge.
It's well with us men.
You're not serious I swear
Deleteif the guy eventually settle down with her, she ll live in frustration allthrough.d guy is already used to not providing, in marriage if she request d guy supports her in settling bills and im too certain she ll get tired of providing, the guy will frustrate her o and show her hatred. I won't b surprised if d guy gives another lady out of her money
ReplyDeleteMan or woman, nobody is forcing anyone. It is her money. She can do whatever she wants. If it works for them, good. If it doesn't,she will learn. Experience is always the best teacher. My plan is to always advice someone once and let him/her live his/her life as deemed fit
ReplyDeleteThis story reminds me of how Eva Alordiah, almost got trapped in this engagement game, l still respect how she broke free without the scenes.
ReplyDeletePlus the way the guy proposed to her, was by force.
And that is the way of most Nigerian men.
Any engagement that is more than a year, is an evil plan, they will selfishly prevent serious people from seeing you, with that bondage ring.
Registry cost less tgan N25k and takes less than 3hours. I dont understand how women feed men, pay them monthly salaries and still open their legs 360 degrees/night, all for a 'man.' Then why is he a man? Is it just the prick or tge ring?
ReplyDeleteI had a friend like She will proudly tell you her husband has brain because he is always reading books while sitting at home. She has a store at the market selling fairly used clothes which brings good money ,she pays the rent, buy foodstuffs n do wife duties(no kids yet. Is sad to see her be the man n women in the relationship.sometimes she complains to me but I have learn to mind my business😷
ReplyDeleteSo sad but it's their business
