Truthfully if she accepts to be paid with clothes for sponsorsed ads she go chop only clothes. So yes she should start collecting money along with wearing their clothes if they want her to publicise them. This is the exact same thing leo was trying to avoid. But Cindy being who she is didn't think she had done wrong.
