Mine is a great testimony!!!

We started trying for some time, in January I thought that was my lucky month, I had all the pregnancy symptoms and I was really feeling sick so decided to go do PT some days before my period. When I opened the result and saw negative, I didn’t know when I started crying, the lab lady started consoling me that maybe the hcg hormone is not yet high, that I should check again. Hmmm!



Then in July I thought that was it but imagine my disappointment when Anty Flo( menses) raised its ugly head on 8th of August. Lol... it usually lasts for three days and within those days I saw where someone on the blog mentioned banana recipe to be taken a day after your period but mine ended on Saturday but I tried the recipe on Monday because I knew I might not be able to get the ingredients on Sunday so on Monday immediately my husband left for Ivory Coast for business. I went out to look for banana, baking soda, eggs n liquid milk, blended everything and drank around 12pm though that was the first thing entering my mouth. I just tried it in good faith believing it will work.




My fertile window opened on Saturday 17th of August and ovulation possible day was 19th according to my ovulation predictor calendar so I knew I had to start BDing(baby dancing) these terms are mostly used on TTC forums. at least from Saturday or Sunday . My hubby came back at 11:40pm on Saturday night so we got things hot on Sunday morning at least from 12:30am thereabout. And I also made sure we ditched the lube. I wanted to buy PRESEED but couldn’t so we relied on my natural juice. 


On Monday I made sure we BDed and on Tuesday too. And after each steamy session I will put a pillow under my lower back and stay still for like 5mins. Also for like four days from that Sunday till Wednesday, I didn’t go anywhere just resting except some evenings we will drive out.



He traveled abroad on Friday 23rd of August and I knew my period was due on 2nd of September. Oh! I was afraid to hope. Any little thing I will interpret it, I kept checking my cervical mucus and reading on pregnancy symptoms. On one hand I was hoping my body was giving me the true symptoms and on the other hand, I didn’t want to give myself false hope like before. I felt what if my body was tricking me. There was no pregnancy site I did not visit and TTC forums. I decided to wait till after my period date to do test.

My darlings, Monday 2nd of September was a day of torture, It was the day of my supposed period and even though that day was very busy for me I kept finding myself going to the toilet to check if the red visitor has showed its "UGLY”😡 face. Around 4pm, I started having serious hope and throughout the night I kept waking up to check and by Tuesday, I knew without doubt that it has entered because my period is never late instead it comes a day before the expected day. But I still needed to be 💯sure so I waited out my three days period and on Thursday 5th of September I went and did PT.



Please join me in thanking this great God that made the result POSITIVE. I am so happy and thankful. I am just battling morning sickness and tiredness.Lol... I promised God that if it enters I will testify, that’s what I am doing.

I pray this happens for every woman that desires this testimony.

GIST

A friend of mine was coming back from Katsina state to Lagos after three weeks NYSC orientation. He got to Lagos by 12.30pm and the driver insisted everyone must find their way.


My friend started looking for where to spend the night as the bus park was deserted. After a few minutes, he noticed that some touts were trailing him and there was no place to run to.


As God would have it, he sighted a woman still selling cigarettes, spirits and alcohol. He quickly rushed to her for help and that was when he noticed that the woman spoke his native language. The woman was pleased to know that they were from the same area. When the touts came close, the woman explained that my friend was his brother and they shouldn't hurt him.


The touts loudly told him he was very lucky the woman saved him, they would have robbed him and killed him afterwards.
