FG Says It Is Committed To Taking 100 Million Nigerians Out Of Poverty

The Federal government of Nigeria is committed to it's plan of taking 100 million Nigerians out of poverty..








Prince Clem Ikanade Agba, the Minister of State for Budget and National Planning has assured the European Union of the Muhammadu Buhari -led Government's commitment to the agenda of taking 100 million Nigerians out of poverty in the next ten years .

Agba , who spoke with a team of the EU in his Abuja office, said one of the major priorities of this administration's second term was the strategic and incremental liberation , over time , of the number of Nigerians caught in the poverty trap .

The minister said the priorities remained the same as those articulated by the President during his 2015 electioneering and in his first term which one of them is the grow the economy and bridge the poverty gap.

  10. They said that in their first tenure and up till now nothing to show for it. I guess it's the 10,000 trade moni they meant when they say they will be taking 100 people out of poverty. Create enabling environment for business to thrive and build basic infrastructures system to improve the standard of living. This government is truly a scam and a one chance.
