Some days back actress Lizzy Anjorin called out Colleague Toyin Abraham and accused her of being behind fake Instagram accounts allegedly trolling her online. Toyin made a post denying it and saying her Lawyers would take care of it on Monday and they just did....

DeleteGoogle Lawyers, your ignorance shows. A petition is filed in court. This is a civil matter. There is nothing like “prewarning” in law or English. Read the Nigerian constitution. Stop believing everything you read on the internet. If you feel aggrieved, you petition a court of law in a civil matter. This is why police play on our ignorance and charge someone for defamation. That is a strictly civil matter that doesn’t involve the criminal justice system.
