    i think its a ceaserian section. anytime i want to have to have my babies through CS, they ask hubby to change to this type of cloth and cover his nose and head.

      16:43, maybe you should zoom this picture. There are hospitals in Nigeria that look like this. You must have been visiting the "other" ones.

      Secondly,that is a white shawl with blue trimmings. That is definitely NOT the NHS wrap.
