I had CS. My kids are 14 and 11 and my skin doesn't look like this. And no, I didn't exercise. It's like the morning sickness, period pains etc, some have it, some don't. And no two pregnancies are the same.
But droopy skin or not, she is a lovely lady. She should just ignore and enjoy her vacation.
