Very good and necessary as a deterrence of this despicable act that has become rampant in recent years. All states should do same.
ReplyDeleteKeep leading guys, well done. The rest will follow suit as usual.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to see that ALL Yorubas have got the memo, that they do not support, will not perform or participate in homophobia. They are also against and will prosecute peadophilia.
DeleteGood one governor fayemi, maybe this will make them have a second thought before doing the shameful act.
ReplyDeleteBest thing i heard last week.
ReplyDeleteSeriously
Deletethis is good. Let all state start doing the same thing. Governor Fayemi nice one. Maybe rape will reduce now. Let's keep shaming rapist and helping their victim recover from the trauma

This is a good one. Kudos to the governor. Next, they should have a website so everyone can have access to the info from anywhere.

ReplyDeleteA 13 year old girl was raped last week and the family of the serial rapist went to plead with the victim's family to forgive him,
DeleteIt's so sad I saw him walking freely some days ago .
Families should start begging their family members to stop misbehaving not going to cry crocodile tears or threatening or blackmailing victims and their families.
DeleteStop covering up rubbish to prevent it repeating itself!!!!!
Beg your family and friends not to put themselves into trouble
DeleteThat's how it is done abroad in all western countries. And also when these perverts and sex offenders are not in jail or locked up, the general public is notified that such person is living among them and especially where their are elementary and secondary schools, day care, churches and such facilities for young, vulnerable, elderly to be aware that a sex offender is in their midst. It will also depend on that local area to decide how many sex offenders they can risk to live in their community. Because you it is not a good idea to have many sex offenders or such criminals lumped together in one area that will be very hard for members of the community to watch over them and to be monitoring their activities and who they are in contact with!!!
ReplyDeleteIt is a citizens right for community watch to be notified of any such criminals living among them!!! And also for parents, neighbors and family members of vulnerable people to constantly search the police database for updates on sex offenders and criminals where ever they are living. Because these criminals are like snakes, quick to strike when they blend in among unsuspecting people in the community. They can also easily access neighbourhood that they don't necessarily live by posing as door to door sales men and women, preachers, vendors etc just to look for opportunity to harm someone.
Database like this is a beginning of better things to come for Nigerians in the country on safety and security. Local people and neighbourhoods to protect themselves by having the vital information about who is in their midst.
Offend once
DeleteJail hard labour
Twice
Castrate or death
