Before i say anything else,let me apologise for all the errors i sometimes have to edit off.......There is something terribly wrong with my laptop and i have to get a new one even though this one is still quite new.....Since it fell down the stairs a few months ago,anything i type just re-arranges itself or the letters change after i type and when i post i just see jargon...........thanks.

Oops that reminds me...A BV Is currently in the Hospital with her little son who is about a year old...He has serious burns all over his body becos he emptied HOT water on himself...The Docs say he might be operated on cos his body is losing fluid and they are scared he will go into shock....her hubby has been crying non stop and has denied her rights to see the other kids and told her he would go for a divorce as soon as possible....
I was shocked to see the photo of the little one and asked her how it happened...
She said she left him in the room and thought he was there,not knowing he had gone behind her to inspect things in the Kitchen......
Little kids are like this and it is a mum's duty to always shine eyes and watch...
It looks like the BV was negligent but things like this sometimes happen.
She asked that i tell you all to pray that her son survives.....I didn't wanna use the photo or make a post out of it,in case her hubby sees it and it escalates things...
Really sad.....I pray God heals the little one lying in pains on his hospital bed!!!

Lord take control. What operation are they doing on burnt skin? Mostly it's to keep dehydrated by monitoring fluid intake and outputs. Main problem might be getting ceins for IV so cut downs aee done. There is a new kind of theater dressing that lasts days and helps against infection, a major complication. Your DH should give support and stay calm not breathing 🔥 on top of the situation. An old school mate's only daughter who was a year old drowned in a basin of water within minutes while with his older siblings. The grief was too much but the couple are together and forging ahead. Look at dbanj too. Family support is very key Oga.

My toddler ran out of the house to the main road whilst with my husband and he didn't know. He left him in the living room watching tv. Started looking for him only to dash out and see that someone had picked him and was trying to locate the parents. I just thank God, so many what ifs?
We have to be very careful, watchful and prayerful as parents. These kids can be so fast.One second and they are off.

The word 'prosper' according to English Dictionary is to be successful, to succeed, to be fortunate or prosperous, to thrive, and to make gain, to grow and increase. God has all of the above in mind towards us in the above Scripture. It is His will that we lack nothing; but live in plenty.
Even as the Psalmist says, "They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house, and thou shall make them drink of the river of thy pleasures" (Psa.36:5). God has also said, "No good thing will He withhold from them that walks uprightly" (Psa.84:11). Paul added that "God has given us richly all things to enjoy" (1 Tim. 6:17).
But remember, He blesses the works of our hands. Your business, career, ministry, etc., is a channel that God can use to prosper you. God hates idleness and crooked ways. Find something to do and then commit thy ways unto Him. Trust your ways unto the Lord, and He shall direct them (Prov.3:5-6), and altogether bless and prosper you.
Meanwhile, we need to ask, "Lord, what is the test I need to pass or the sacrifice I need to make in order to be qualified for Your avowed blessings?" When Abraham passed his own test, God made a covenant to bless him.

I pray healing on that boy. Such things sometimes happen and its not necessarily due to the mother's negligence because the mother won't want such to happen to her child or children. Whenever I am watching TV or checking my phone or reading,I still try to take note of the children even though mistakes happen sometimes. I have even lost sleep both day and night because of these little ones. All in all,it's God who helps in taking care of these children because something's are bound to happen whether you are very very careful or not. The husband should be matured about this because the mother is already going through an ordeal.
Someone I know,na hot stew pour on his son .she didn't know the son was behind the curtain while bringing hot stew into the house since kitchen is outside. I normally pray against home accident.

DeleteWhat I do most time when I am traveling with bags and boxes is to set alarm every 15/20 minutes depending on the hours spent on transit. When the alarm comes up, it shows "2 boxes or bags".
In cases where I have low battery, I just take a mental note of the number of bags I must take with me when alighting from the bus.

ReplyDeleteStella please advise the lady move the child to a teaching hospital that is if they are not there yet, they are better equip to handle burnt cases because of serious infections associated, may almighty God help and save the child Amen.
