ReplyDeleteFootball is a generic name for all sports that involve kicking a ball. Rugby and even soccer falls in here. But if they are to be differentiated side-by-side, I think it's okay to say football refers to rugby while soccer refers to the normal Barcelona-Liverpool kinda sports we are familiar with.
