      One of the reasons why people go for certain managers or management team or company is their success rate and bargaining power.

      There are also individuals that are good at managing their own brand successfully. This Cynthia lady appears like she won't sell herself short.

      Two or more people can represent the same brand but their negotiations will fetch them different benefits.

      Even in organisation. You and your partner will both be managers yet the other person negotiated better during the interview process and ends up with a more robust package.

      O think it's only banks and maybe the civil service that has maintained an equal salary structure for XYZ positions so what you do in this instance is negotiate the positions.

      Back to Ceecee, also remember that her visibility is better than Tboss at the moment.

      It is also why a promoter will pay an actor or artist more than another. Please learn something and don't allow anger and bitterness block your ability to reason clearly.
