Katsina Announces Death Sentence For Kidnappers And Cattle Rustlers And Life Imprisonment For Rapists...

Katsina State government on Friday announced death sentence against kidnappers and cattle rustlers in the state.





Life imprisonment was announced for rapists in addition to fine and compensation to be paid by the offender to the rape victim.

The Governor Aminu Bello Masari made this announcement after signing two laws – the penal code and procedure laws in the state.
