    3. @anon 9:43....crayfish and boga is very important... makes it sweet and mostly when the rice gets a little burnt, it gives it this nice aroma.
      Locust beans too.
      Palm oil.
For me,I prefer smoked fish and the black dry fish for jollof rice.
Your fresh pepper, tomatoes and onions.

Meanwhile I have been craving for correct kilishi since yesterday. The one I bought from NAO day before yesterday was rubbish, full of colouring. My hands were full of the colour. Mtscheeew.

  7. That ofada and dodo is what I am having this morning

If you are trying to conceive, please reduce your carb
Instead of rice eat ofada, instead of yam eat unripe plantain, instead of semo change it to wheat you can grind yourself. Alot of vegetables and fruits.

You can make the fruits as smoothie.
    Let's eat healthy. 👌 👌👌👌👌👌

    1. Abeggi. Its people like you that would look at fat people and conclude they eat too much. What you eat has nothing to do with conceiving. How about people that eat unhealthy and keep conceiving back to back? Matter of fact, its when you are thin you have a problem. Ever heard about calabar fat room back in the day? It was to make brides fat to be able to conceive smoothly. Havent you also wondered why all those heavy iyas are always dragging their heavy pregnancy tummy year in year out? If you want to eat healthy, its good , but pls it has nothing to do with conceiving.

    3. If you’re trying to conceive pls eat yam. It even helps increase chances of twin births... just eat sensible portions with lots of cooked greens.

    6. Olori is right . Being a healthy weight makes it easier to get pregnant . Not overweight or underweight. If you are finding it hard to concieve, try to be with in you bmi weight range. It will definitely help.

When I lost weight and was at my optimal weight for my height, I conceived with twins even with my endometriosis (after a laparoscopy)
