I read thru the comments, everyone seem to be 100% ✔ with his write-up... well i'm not gonna give him 100% cus some lines dont sit well with me.
In my full adult life, after observations & theorem, ive come to the conclusion that we all have different level of happiness & we derive them from individual desires from various aspects of life.... so what'd possibly make RMD smile, will most likely make YLE laugh out loud, & so most listed items up there wouldnt give him that inner fulfilment but i'd be on cloud 9, he even mentioned "having kids".. like REALLY? Bringing a life into this world is a miracle beyond words, with an inexplicable feeling of a thousand butterflies in your belly...
He mentioned Dangote not flaunting wealth & material shits, oh well, thats his choosing, Beyonce does, theres a video of beyonce pouring bottles of expensive drinks (Crystal) in a pool and swimming in it, dont even get me started with her room full of sneakers, lol.. we'rall hardwired differently.
"True happiness comes from knowing who you are & loving urself" TRUE!! Hes right about that... we're constantly in the pursuit of happYness, at all costs, some undergo surgical procedures to boost their ego, some flaunt wealth to prove their hurstle has finally paid, others, others fight to lose weight & regain their confidence cus society bends over backwards for the skinny...etc. ITS ALL FOR HAPPINESS!!! If youve seen it all except Christ & you dont feel fulfilled, its definitely not a philosophy of life. Sorry i dont agree with RMD 100%.

      I didnt proof read shit

    3. You should know that Beyoncé is barely educated, just got her GED, which is compared to GCE. So her level of reasoning will be low too just like most illiterate, barely educated and illiterates in entertainment industry.

  10. Great write up from RMD. As I have gotten older (I’m 41 now) I deeply regret caring about other people’s perception of me. There was this guy at University who I really liked. He was so rude and looked down on me. Later I found out it was because he didn’t consider me pretty enough for him. I was heartbroken. I spent some much time and energy being agitated by feelings of insecurity and inadequacies because I was rejected by him. I found out last week that he died of a heart attack at age 46. People seem so invincible, so important and we feel like we need their validation when we are young. All this energy I put into this guy and he is now no more. RIP to him. It’s truly a waste of time and energy caring about what people think about you. Death is the great equalizer.

    1. Shame on you gloating on a man death because he didnt think you are pretty enough

Everyone likes what they like. You cant fault him for that or force him to like what he doesnt like.

Your comment is in bad taste. His family are grieving a love one and all you can think is how death has somehow punished him for not liking you. Smh

You should bury your airhead in a puddle of shame for insensitively exploring the death of a man to prove a point a level headed 18 year old is abreast of.

      Delete
    3. Anon 21:40 next time, calm down and be positive about people's comment, she wasnt gloating, she was just pained she needed validity from someone who wasn't perfect but perfectly covering up his problems

      Delete
    4. 21:40. Man, you are a nasty bitter person. The point was that at a younger age ( in my immaturity) I was so focused on getting validation from someone. As I got older, I realized that rejection from people who don’t like you is okay. My bringing up his death was to show that in life, everybody is going to end up the same way -not to gloat in his death. You must have an inner demonic spirit to find evil meaning in what I said. Thanks Anon 22:10 for understanding my point even though I may not have expressed it in the best way. Thanks Stella for posting.

    5. @Vice and Unvirtuous: You are indeed ignorant not to see that I was faulting myself for being immature. Growth for some people comes in stages and I was highlighting my immaturity at that stage, not exploiting anyone’s death. It’s not all of us who were born fully wise like you. Go find evil elsewhere.

    6. Anon 21:40, there was nothing to show any gloating in her comment, I was stunned to read the first comment cos my mind did not even go to such. Are some of you okay at all?

    7. Thank you anonymous 20:54, ur write up spoke to me, my ex boyfriend’s family rejected me because I dont cover up when dressed, this recently took a toll on me mentally, I would see girls who are covered up and start feeling as though they are better than me and if only I had been a gal who covers up then i would not have been rejected and would have probably still had a relationship. But you have made me realize that its okay to be rejected, somone out there would love me for me and his family would appreciate me for all that I am dressing and all.

    8. His girlfriend obviously dumped his broke ass. Na so dey Dey reason. Don’t mind d man abeg. We understand ur point

    9. Anon I totally understand you. You weee trying to pass a message. To all the girls , ladies and women. No surgery or Lipo can keep a man. Never , in fact a man will only admire but when he wants s real chic for keeps he goes for the real decent ones. Check all the girls that did surgery. , they jump from one man to another from one heart break to another. Your body can keep a man. With Dabotas body yet no man , toke Nko no man no happiness, Tonto no man no happiness. But blessed with a child. Chika Ike no man no happiness no child.

    10. Why will you expose your body and expect his mother to accept you? Na only you get breast? Show decency lady, youre addressed how you dress

    12. For goodness sakes, she's not gloating about his death. She is saying not to seek validation from other human beings as other human beings are mortal. When they die, does their validation of you also die? Validation should come from self and from God. Some of you people are just waiting to lay your frustrations on others for nothing.

    13. Anon20:54 , don't more and the crude anon 21:40 and vice and virtue with their hasty vitriolic, they won't calm down to read and search the intent behind a write up...always in a hurry to jump on peoples comments to tear them down.
I understand your point and it was actually a good one that points to the fact that nobody is better than us to the extent that we lose our peace and self worth based on their perception of us. The story could have also ended up that you saw the guy years later and he treats you better than in the past because he feels you have leveled up to his own expectations if you and I will not blame him too much either because we as Human beings are selfish and myopic and can hardly see past our noses concerning the future and it takes deliberate attempts to value people for who/what they are at any point in time or seasons of life..indeed life and death are levelers for us all

  12. Hahahahaah. Where are the Actresses on this table. Line up here. After the liposuction to get men’s attention. They turn motivational speakers, the become picture takers. Monday’s they 50 pics, Tuesday s they visit hotel s to take pics, yet they still edit all the pics with the surgery. I’ve never seen any of them truly achieve anything meaningful. With the fake body no husband , no boyfriend only runs men, no children. No happiness. Toke makinwa, Chika Ike , Caroline, dabota. This girls should get a life.
