Looking at critically,i kinda agreed with him cus the weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Work resumes from Monday through Friday! So how come the new week starts from Sunday when it's even recorded in the Holy Bible that God rested on the 7th day after His creation? Some one should please clarify me if my thoughts are wrong.

I think over the years things changed and Monday is now the accepted first day of the week. Just like Saturday was the worship day and now changed to Sunday
