    Someone asked how long capturing and documentation for Federal Workers take?

    Well, I can't relate to those that said they had to pay (bribe) for it.

    In my case, I captured less than 2 weeks from appointment and I ddn't have a hand in it. My office (through the officer in charge) did everything and was even in charge of us at IPPIS office and did all the follow up till salary was paid

    My Two Cents:

     I think you should go to your office and ask because every organisation (should) has an IPPIS official who is the bridge between IPPIS and the organisation. Meet you officer and discuss with him/her cos without that, you aren't a govenment worker yet and I will advise  those that paid for it or did it individually to check with their organisation to be on the safe side before tomorrow, you are probed as "ghost worker" cos your details aren't updated in the organisation "portal". But then, you should be paid from the date of employment on your letter when you finally do it.

    I'm super sleepy this morning, a couple welcomed a baby in our compound yesterday and we celebrate till almost 2am last night.

    I was so happy last night for this beautiful couple, they've been TTCing for 6 years before God blessed them. And they are both doctors oh. The husband danced yesterday eh. Lol.

The ethics & long standing ideology marriage had in the 70s/80s is now deficient in this iGeneration, our mindsets have adjusted to the society standard & comfort level, & yet the institution & true meaning to be married has remained... most people cant merge both, & so the union suffers & cracks begin to surface, who'd u blame? The devil? Last i checked the devil has been on earth long before the oldest living being was born. Society trully shapens human behaviour.

    So a friend called me (impromptu) and said "Chocolate i want you to be among my bridal train and the clothe(material and sewing) goes for 15k" and I was like 😨😨. Jeez where would I get that amount from at this trying times. I really do wanna put a smile on her face on her day but that amount, hmmmmmmmmn it is well.

      My dear nothing is wrong with teaching job, those looking down on you, will they give you money if you beg from them? That is even what I am looking for now since other jobs are not forthcoming in this Ibadan. I am going for an interview in one school now.
      Start going to big schools in your vicinity to submit CVs now that they have not yet gone on break. You will resume with them next term if you are lucky. Look for a teacher around you to teach you what you need to know before going.
