ReplyDeleteI hope the sokoto state government doesn't relent, my friend's younger brother was sent to Russia through one Federal government scholarship, it's over a year they were last sent their money for upkeep and they're not allowed to work, the boy is helping himself out by teaching his classmates how to speak English, through this he gets paid, and his parents send him the little they have.
