ReplyDeleteHow many SMEs can implement this?
ReplyDeleteBest question yet. I know many people that can't.
DeleteI heard on radio ( Lagos Talks) yesterday evening that it only applies to private companies with a minimum of 25 employees or so
DeleteWe have nothing to say,All the revenue will be used to pay salaries and debt.Food prices will increase without increment in salary.
ReplyDeleteI pray the workers get their new wage and the increase has a positive impact on them and their families.
ReplyDeleteDiversionary tactic at work. Buhari is a lawless person.
ReplyDeleteWhile this is a welcome idea generally speaking, where exactly is this money going to come from? The FG has refused to decrease the cost of governance...i.e., they have refused to cut the grossly outrageous remuneration or our NASS. Secondly, at the 18,000 at least half of the states could not afford to pay their workers and are even owing some as much as 6 months in arrears to date despite the so-called government “Bail Out”, Businesses, especially MSMEs are already suffering, how exactly are they going to shoulder this new burden especially as some have had their revenue more than halved. The only and immediate course of action is that people are going to get laid off in order to meet this new demand.
