Don't really know how their food taste like, but d few times I've been opportune to watch them cook for occasion,it was irritating to the point I felt like vomiting. I don't think i can eat their food
biko let nobody come here and tell me that Benin people know how to cook. they can cook rubbish ehn... this is my 4 years in Benin but I have not see any restaurant in Benin that can cook.
Edo girls can cook for Africa not because I'm one but cos I have had the opportunity to taste from different tribes severally of which Edo did more better follow by Yoruba peeps. I'm a testimony!
I have tasted from all the above and it was thrash. I will always give it to Edo people. Bini and esan. I remember when we were in nollywood I and my friend usually buy food from benin to asaba cos their food was crap.
@Blackey Na Fisherwoman you dey chop before ya bed-breaking sexcapades?😉 Na Viagra porridge be dat one? Na only ajuju n' ese okwu I been ask o.😊😆😆😆😆 Onye isi ndi Pharisee na Saducees na Herodians.😂😂😂
@cookie some Togo people have Yoruba heritage. Togo and rep of Benin have some Yoruba speaking areas, it’s colonialism that divided them into different countries
I fit chop any solid Nigerian grub but not too much pepper.😜
Sdk and this "goat meat with body odor" don tey. How you go sabi say e get body odor when them don cook am and e dey plate? Abi you get goat body odor measurement for ya tongue? 😊😊😊
But wahala been dey o. Make I ask my ajuju n' ese okwu? Where/which tribe get indomie? Mmmmhhh, na only that one my friends, the Naija (Pharisee) girls sabi mix o. 😜😜😜😜
Me I be Igbo oh but when it comes to party rice and then stew na yoruba be number one joor. Local soups(Egusi, Oha, Ofe owerri, etc.) and other local delicacies like breadfruit, nkwobi, etc. na Igbos get that side.
Na Igbo nau followed by crossriverians and ibibios, Yoruba food no pass plenty pepper and plenty pieces of meat. Hausa no even near at all, don't know how they eat all those sugar and fries sef. Going anon on this mbok, I don't want fire on my head.
My best friend is Igbo and she makes the best Igbo soups I have ever eaten, I love masa from the Hausa tribe, don’t know much about Hausa food. I love efik soups sooooo much. Me I can’t choose, I don’t like amala but I love our efo elegusi and efo riro so much. There is no winner because my best food is Chinese fried rice with Singapore noodles and shredded beef sauce. Asian food lovers say 👋 hi.
@Witch Na when una sleep una dey zukoo chop that Chingo thing wey you yarn there?👀😯😯 All of una wey go say hi, be ready for dream chops. Ekwucha kwa m.
Igbos are the best hands down. See how yoruba guys dey rush our Igbo sisters for marriage, you think they don't know what it means to have a great menu all year round in their homes. Biko Igbos na No 1..
I like Hausa foods especially kilishi. Someone told me that those people that have boundary with Benin Republic, if there is no pepper or not enough pepper in their food, they vomit. Is it true?
I agree. I served in Asia State and couldn't eat out throughout. The rice was always too soft and mash and the stew was basically tomato puree and dry pepper. Oh Lord.It was horrible.
Not all about the tribe but depends on the individual. Some people can't boil water to save their soul. I'm igbo and can cook igbo food. Married to a south South guy and can cook their food perfectly well.
South South / S E for swallow from Delta banga to calabar edikaikong, afang editan, afia efere,Rivers native soup, fisherman soup, then MOI moi and rice of any kind is Yoruba. Hausa for suya, kilishi.
For me it depends on what I want to For street food, Hausa meals na die! From suya to noodles to masa and even yogurt. They got you for snacks and small chops For nice sit in meals, efik\ ibibio For flexing igbo with abacha ,ugba, isiewu and palmwine For owambes, yorubas. I prefer their jollof rice So it all depends on what I want to eat
