      Same here. I gat a lot of ebooks so i just read until i fall asleep. Though its rare that i can't sleep easily..very rare. Fatigue at the end f the day always makes me sleep off even before 9pm.
      Its a struggle to keep up with my telemundo late night series.

    A tactic I use is to close my eyes and imagine a scenario or fantasy that I have.

    Most of the time it's stuff like what I would do if I had the power to control time and who I'd fuck over with it. Or I'd think up other scenarios like different ways to torture people 😌.Once you get into it you end up falling asleep.

    Or just Calculate the exact hours of sleep I am gonna get if I fall asleep right that moment.

    I think about why things are working for other people and my life seems stagnant for years. I think about suicide. I soak myself in alcohol if I am still awake then I pass out and repeat the same thing everyday for 7 years now. I pray I don't hurt myself.
